Called for a cab a couple weeks ago, not too many around the area that do a local cab, but they said they would pick us up an hour from when I called. That was perfect. They said the cab driver would call me when they got to my place. An hour and 10 minutes pass by, so I decide to give them a call... The guy I talked to, answered again, and told me he would transfer me to our cab driver. After 1 min of ringing, it goes to his voicemail. Hmm... So, I call the cab company back, they REFUSED to answer my call. I must have called 5 times and it just kept ringing and no one would pick up. After getting upset, I calmed down, and had my friend call. They pick up right away... And it was a different guy. We tell him the situation and he has the nerve to tell us they just switched shifts and he had no idea what we were talking about. There wasn't a note or a scheduled pick up for us at all. The guy we talked to supposedly had left for the night and failed to mention anything. I guess they have no means of communication from shift to shift. Then they said no one was available at that moment and it would be about an hour until someone showed up. At that point, we just said forget it. This company is awful, I do not know even know why they advertise the service that they are supposed to provide. They are liars, don't care about people who want to pay them money for a ride, and then ignore you. No one should use this awful "cab company". Do not waste your time expecting a ride, good customer service, or anything a business, that deals in customer service, should do.
