And it's still the same friendly staff in a newer, cleaner location. Not as big as the Anderson location but you can always grab and go. Fast forward to recently, I wanted something light and discovered DQ has a mix and match combo for $7. Not a bad deal, though it was $6 in the past. After my previous experience, I asked the staff if I can collect points on my app and the staff was very helpful. She was friendly and patient. The food was good, consistent with other DQ outlets. The service was fast. And yes, I did get my points, so I'll be getting my food here I when I'm in the area in future.

Back in the 90s, when I craved something to cool down on in the summer, DQ provided instant relief via sundaes & cones. The Banana Spilt Sundae was always just the right treat to bring relief from the heat. Thank goodness it was just a summer treat, otherwise I'd have been put into some sort of diabetic state or other = would not have been pretty. On this occasion my friend was craving DQ so we popped in for dessert. I didn't know what to have other than the fact that I love the Oreo flavour - so I went with the Oreo Blizzard. It was excellent & totally wrecked my 6 pack! Back to the gym I go. The two dudes working there were spot on & working hard. They were awesome. I noticed DQ now has chicken wings for sale as well as KFC - Korean Fried Chicken. So DQ has burgers, fries & chicken ... ok then. But I'll just stick to what I know about DQ - ice-cream. DQ ice-cream cakes used to be the thing back in the day for birthday parties. Not sure if it was just back then, but I always found them to be too sugary & too sweet & do I love suger or what, but just not like Rick James.
