I used a different carpet cleaning company last year and originally reached out to them as the cost was roughly $300 for carpets only. When I got no response from the original company I looked on the Nextdoor app and found great recommendations for scooters. It was easy to interact and get a timely response from heather. I asked for a quote on the carpets $220 which seemed like a great deal and then asked about including the furniture. I mistakenly thought the second quote provided $260 was for the total amount for both cleanings and not two separate quotes. So I definitely spent more than I had planned $480, but that was my mistake for not clarifying. My carpets and furniture were horrible! Our entry way was beat up bad, and furniture had so many spill stains. I won't post pics as it's embarrassing! Ultimately the job was done within the time frame provided and the end result was absolutely stunning. Our carpets (light beige) and furniture (light grey) looked almost new. We have old worn out rental carpets and we have had other companies come in to clean about once a year. Old stains are constantly coming up and they get so dingy. Scooter's got them cleaner than I've ever seen PLUS they weren't soaking wet afterwards and fully dried within a few hours. I think their equipment is just better, tbh.
