We really liked the service we got from Platinum Cleaning. We had three carpets cleaned and these men were very professional and on time. Our appointment was originally in the afternoon. We would have preferred in the morning but it was on short notice so we made it for 4:00 in the afternoon. They said if there was a change they would be able to do it earlier they would let us know.
