It was a tough job with lots of stains (8 years since the last known clean) that ultimately required an additional soil treatment for a bit more than the quote. No hard sell, but they did mention the deeper clean option (which I agreed to) and a teflon option to help prevent staining (which I declined) .They were done in 90 minutes. Only take Cash, check or Zelle, no credit cards. the results were good, we knew some stains would likely not come up, but the vast majority of it did and we are glad to have a softer, cleaner, healthier carpet. They were here on the dot. The communication was outstanding. We walked through and looked at the rooms and they got started. An hour later, the work was completed in a very high-quality way. There were two spots on the carpet and both are gone. Could not recommend this team anymore than five stars, but if there were 10, I would give them 10 as well. I chose All in One based on reviews I read on Yelp, and sure enough, Tony answered promptly, discussed our situation, gave me a quote and a time/date. The cleaners showed up on time, were polite, quickly cleaned the 2 rooms and hall, and gave us an instant quote on our dining room rug, which we accepted, and they promptly cleaned. Everything looks great! 2 comments: they said the carpets would be dry in 4 hours, and 6 hours later they were still wet. It took more than a day to dry, but it wasn't a big inconvenience. Cleaners also suggested we use Scotch Guard (or equivalent) to protect the carpets. My spouse and I would rather have dirty carpets than use these chemicals in our home. The cleaning team showed up at the scheduled time, then we discussed the services they were going to provide as we did a quick walk through of the apartment. It was a 2 person crew and they worked very efficiently, with no trying to upsell or add on anything. It took them a little under 45 minutes to go over all the areas I requested (master bedroom, hallway, living room and small dining area). Quality of work: I was genuinely surprised at how much dirt and stains they were able to get out. I have a teenager and a large dog, and I myself work on cars and engines so I often come home with oil and grime on my clothes, which evidently has tracked onto the floor over time. Also... our dog had food poisoning in the middle of the night about a month ago, so the carpets were looking just horrid from that. But now? You'd never even know a dog lives here. The stains are all gone! I was positive they weren't going to get everything out, but I was completely wrong. See living room before and after to see what I mean.
