What's so disappointing about Rockin S is the potential of a great location and atmosphere is completely wasted on service and the food. Every time I'm here, our orders take forever. The service is frustratingly slow. It's evident there is zero staff training or protocols in place to have a good experience. And as far as I can tell, no manager. While I glancing through the menu looking through different food options, the unique, engaging and compelling Philly cheesesteak was a startled one I could not resist. As I ordered my food, I was amazed with the fact that it's a high sold product and so I expected nothing less but the best. This is part of a small chain. They have a sports bar here as well. We've been here several times for breakfast and lunch, and the prices aren't bad. The fried catfish is good. I prefer a burger, but don't care for the sides. In regards to service - the food does not come out fast (same problem at other locations), but it does come out hot. For dinner I got Buffalo wings which were fantastic and a generous serving, for breakfast I got the Graham Slam which was another generous serving (especially for the price) and tasty!! First off, breakfast is served Fri thru Sun only. No decent breakfast places in Graham, but this one is a-o-k. Each time we've been here for breakfast, the servers have been very good and it's usually not too crowded. On this most recent visit, I decided to try the eggs Benedict and a side order of a single pancake. My wife got the eye opener. My dish was very tasty and made well. My wife also enjoyed hers. I figure the pictures will speak volumes. Price, a little high for the eggs Benedict in my opinion, but everything else was priced reasonably. In the past, we've ordered the omelets which are huge! Whenever I'm in town I make it a point to stop and eat here. Just had a terrible experience here. Place was not crowded. Food took a little longer then you would expect . That's ok . Finally food comes out fries cold . Ask waitress for some mayo . We wait and wait and I told my friend if this waitress comes out with other orders while we waited (once again way longer then we should have )I'm walking out . So what happened she did. I walked out . He stayed waitress still doesn't bring condiments .Still no waitress . So he asked for the check from hostess . ( Two uneaten meals staring at her and she says ok and brings him a check ) Not one word is something wrong nothing. He pays the bill we leave two uneaten meals and left. Monday Night football and burgers in the bar area. Gloria, our server, was fantastic. We had Pig Wings (mini pork shanks) for appetizer. They were very good! We each had a burger. They were huge! I pick up food from here once and awhile and my order is usually wrong, usually a missing side dish. The chicken fried steaks taste like the grease they were cooked in is very old, to me. Last time, I got a burger, the patty's circumference was about the same as a 12oz soda can. Those are my negatives. Positives are that it's a better bar then it is a restaurant. It's so hard to eat healthy while traveling. I had an amazing steak salad. Steak was tender and seasoned perfectly. On a huge bed of salad greens, not iceberg lettuce. My husband had the meatloaf and he liked it as well. Great meal! read more

6/2/22 Not good, advertised they close at 10, arrived at 8:45, said I could only order an appetizer because the bartender decided to close at 9. Was waiting in the bar and one of the young girls seated a couple and the bartender shouts to her we're closing...very rude. I ordered wings...anybody can dump Cholula Hot Sauce on wings and microwave...really? They tasted horrible. Then ordered a beer and again was reminded they close at 9. Not a sports bar. Website listed it as a pet friendly place to eat. Walked into restaurant with pet Yorkie in bag while hostess saw us and seated us. Orders were placed and drinks were served. Server also did not take any responsibility for it and even blamed one of the members of our party for one of the spills telling him that he should apologize. Sweet potato fries were hard as a rock. Mac and Cheese was great. Flavor of chicken fried steak was good. Took 20 minutes to get drinks. We had to ask the hostess for refills. Took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Nearby tables all had food and service complaints including a bug in their food and no manager in sight. I would like to say they're understaffed but that's not the case. To many people standing around for there to be dirty tables. Stopped in Saturday afternoon for burger and onion rings. The mushroom swiss was 7 ounce patty and had a wonderful taste. Plenty of mushrooms and cheese and also letttuce and tomato. I think the only thing nice about this place was the hostess. The bar area was super warm and the bartender wasn't even wearing her mask properly. We decided to sit at booth. We asked for frozen margaritas for them to look like a margaritas on the rocks with no ice! The server told us the bartender could blend it with more ice or add ice to make it on the rocks.
