Went to Scooters in Meijer today. Great service, and the drinks were delicious! Great end to a shopping trip! ​

Let me start by saying that when I stop, the staff is ALWAYS top notch. Friendly, fast, appropriately chatty - they are fantastic. They are the reason this is a 3 star and not a 2. This place will do in a pinch, and that is how I use it, but it feels like it's chasing Starbucks, falling short, and charging more. The espresso is bitter, the latte/flavor drinks are SO sweet, and getting just a standard cup of regular coffee (at least on the app - which itself is clunky) is confusing. read more

Dear Scooters, I just want to personally thank you for reminding me that patience is a virtue, because y'all tested every ounce of mine today. I placed a MOBILE order, yet somehow I still spent 25 minutes in your drive-thru. FIFTEEN of those minutes were spent just waiting for someone to even take my order. At that point I thought y'all forgot the building was open. I could've driven to another Scooters, graduated college again, and come back before I got my drink. The whole point of a mobile order is so I can grab my coffee and SCOOT. Instead, I parked my entire afternoon in your drive-thru contemplating whether I should start paying property taxes on my spot in line. I watched the same car in front of me so long we practically became family. I know their brake lights better than I know some of my relatives. I will never scoot my ass to this location again. Matter of fact, the only thing scooting today was my gas gauge toward E while I sat there wondering if my coffee beans were still being grown. If the drive-thru moves any slower, y'all are gonna have to start handing out snacks, blankets, and emotional support certificates. Love the coffee. Hated the unexpected residency in your drive-thru. Their stores are always small, modern, and sleek with limited seating available. So, plan to get it to go. They are also passionate about what they do. So, get ready for a tasty treat. I always get the blended mocha, a small coffee with cream, and an iced latte. My favorite drink is the blended mocha. From the first sip to the last drip. I always savor every last sip of that delicious drink. It's creamy, chocolaty, and has a bold coffee flavor! Topped with delicious whipped cream. Also, I love taking home a cup of coffee for the next day. Trust me when I say that this coffee is incredible! My mom and I always get the large iced latte with whole milk. That drink is pure perfection! We were happy to see that they now come in XL. So, next time you see a Scooters. Stop by for a tasty treat! read more

I've been going here for a while now and I have to update my review. Every single drink I've tried, hot, iced, blended, has been great. My favorite is the peanut butter cup blended with an extra shot. It's sooo good!!! They only make this blended because they use real peanut butter! There are two locations near me and I have to say that my favorite is this one. The staff here is top notch. They always greet you with a smile and are super polite. There are many options near by for coffee, but this one is my go to. Plus, my doggos love the pup cups with a cute doggy biscuit on top. They already know when I pull into the drive thru that they are getting a treat. read more

This is the best place for coffee and smoothies. The prices are fair, and the service is impeccable.

We went out of town and stopped at The Scooter in Chester. I have to say it was Absolutely terrible coffee. I ordered an extra expresso shot and this coffee tasted like a very mild Folgers. I spent $8 on a cup of coffee I threw away. Absolute waste of my money. read more

I am going back to Starbucks! Every time I pull up, I give my order and then " Would you like an extra shot in that". No. Would you like some flavor pumps in that. No! Would you like some mini donuts with that? NO!!! After that I just drove around. Their upselling attempts are worse than a new car dealer !! read more

People in service were amazing. The prices at this place are horrendous. I got a large latte with an extra shot of espresso and it cost me seven dollars anybody that charges over five dollars for a cuppa coffee should be criminal. I hope this place goes out of business and people boycott their prices. read more

I always enjoy a trip to Scooter's. The coffee is great, the staff is nice and friendly, and their treats are delicious.

I ordered the Turtle Iced Latte with an extra shot and cold foam. The drink size for a medium was a good size and the price was fair.

The whole team at this location is amazing! I ordered an iced mocha and it was amazing, rich in coffee flavor and extremely satisfying. Also can we talk about how great the everything bagel sandwich is, so good! I love the upbeat personalities of all the crew and I am so happy you came to our small town. Keep up the amazing work. First time going to Scooter's and was not impressed. My husband ordered a hot americano. During the drive home, he kept saying it didn't taste very good. When we get home and opened it, THIS is what they served him. I'm not entirely sure what this is, but this is NOT an americano, I believe this was dirty coffee water or something. Either way it was not good and this should not be acceptable to serve to customers. read more

ZERO stars! I ordered a large iced Mocha Latte. It tasked like chocolate milk. No coffee flavor at all. Half the cup was warm vs ice cold. We had a non coffee drinker with us who ordered a strawberry smoothie. He threw it out. Tasted nothing like strawberry....and it was curdling! Won't be back. read more
