This looked like an interesting coffee house. It's about the size of Barbie Malibu's Beach House. Don't let the size fool you! It's packed with a variety of drinks that include more then coffee. It has both hot and cold brews, a variety of smoothies and teas. Today was a hot and muggy day so I went with a Berry Tea. My tea was not only a pretty pink but infused with flavor. I found it refreshing and perfectly tasty with a slight tartness. I was relieved that it wasn't too sweet. I appreciate Scooters variety in non dairy milks. My favorite is the sugar free vanilla latte made with oat milk. My brother loves the straight black dark roast and my sister like her latte with coconut milk. Cheaper than Starbucks. read more

Fast, friendly service. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The coffee is the very best cup of coffee I've had from a coffee shop. Update - after 1 more time (to redeem my free drink that I've earned), I will stop coming here. *Reason 1- their reward program sucks. I have to spend over $70 just to get a free medium drink. (A few times their scanner wasn't working so I had to pay with my card and not the app). Used to get $5 off every $25 reload. **Reason 2- they're supposed to give you a discount when you use your own cup. I only got it a couple of times out of 10+ times. ***Reason 3- I use the same size reusable cup as their large. I always buy a large. So this morning I got 1/2 of my cup (with a big whipped cream on top, it still didn't even touch my cup lid). And I paid almost $7 for it. I'm looking for a new coffee shop. I'm tired of spending $50-70 a week for coffee. I was contacted by a manager and she apologized for the new gal. She even bought me a drink there. I'm glad they took the time and efforts to win back a loyal customer. Update - I've been coming to this place for a few years now. I always get the same thing - large mocha expresso blender with an extra shot. I get it a few times a week so most employees there know me. They start making my drink as soon as I pull up. Yesterday, I stopped by to get my usual. The new gal didn't know so I placed my order, paid and waited. She was making my drink and came back asked me what size. I said large. After awhile she came back and gave me my drink. It was a medium. I told her I ordered a large and it was clearly not the right size. She insisted that was a large. I really don't care about the money but why couldn't she just own up to her mistake? One bad experience will cost you your long time customer. I'm waiting to hear back from someone on how to get my refund from the prepaid card. I'm sure some other coffee shops will be happy to take my money and I'm sure their coffee is as good if not better. So I finally decided to try a muffin today. I got the chocolate chocolate chip muffin. It was ok - not that good. I think Dillons has better muffin. It was a little dry. I didn't know they were going to warm it up. I like mine room-temp but oh well. Update - so I decided to try their fruit smoothie today. I ordered a peach smoothie. A medium costed almost $6. By the time I got to my office, which is less than 4 minutes away, the drink had a peachy clear fluid at the bottom & the white-peachy foam was on top. I felt like I was drink sugary fruit juice. Also I couldn't taste the peach either. That was a huge disappointment. I guess I'll just stick with the mocha espresso blenders. read more

Great coffee and the line is always shorter than Starbucks. Price isn't much different than Starbucks, unfortunately!

I only had a cup of brewed coffee so this review is limited to that. It wasn't much better than the Folgers-grade swill at the hotel. What little flavor the coffee has is not a very good flavor. read more

Was out and about with my girls yesterday and decided to stop for an afternoon "pick me up". Soooo glad we did! We all were able to get what we wanted from iced coffee to a smoothie to a wonderfully delicious coffee! The attendant was very helpful and patient while we were deciding. Once ordered, we were quick to receive our items. The prices are very reasonable as well. read more

Decent coffee at least with my first try. I tried to get a french toast latte; a shot of maple and a shot of cinnamon brown sugar syrup, but alas they had neither. I had a triple shot an Irish cream latte. I'm used to a stronger coffee flavor from the stands back in Bothell, WA, but it was ok, Better than that crap they sell at starbuck's. read more

Had a miscommunication when ordering. The lady who was working seem to of had an attitude about it and made a point to correct me, which I was not pleased about. I, also, work in the food/drink industry and customers are always right. Especially since I was nice about what I actually wanted. I know how it is to deal with customers and I was frustrated with the way she handled the miscommunication. I always tip, but because she never seems happy while working, I took it back after what happened today. Other than that, my order is always enjoyable. read more

Just got 4 breakfast burritos for my kids & a coffee for me on the way to school. This wasn't our closest Scooter's. It took forever and after we drove away we realized all 4 burritos were cold!!! It was too late to go back because we were already running late. This wasn't the first time a Scooter's served us cold burritos. It's too bad because the burritos are good if warmed.
