I needed sprinklers blown out and previous companies could not even find the sprinkler system.  Luna's crew had no issues whatsoever.  I had pavers put in amongst some other landscaping and I took a lot of time to contemplate the type, appearance and style.   Danny Luna and the crew were extremely patient as I considered ALL my options.  After they guided me through the process, I knew I could count on them to do things right. Not only did they finish by their deadline but they also came in a bit under estimate.  They were so efficient, we saved time and money. It's important to note, there were a couple plants that were missed. When I called the office,  Danny quickly apologized​, came out the same day and added those in.  That is where a company can really step up or be a letdown and I was pleasantly surprised to see that Luna's Landscaping is a company that can truly be depended upon. He made suggestions but also really listened and addressed any questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Midway through the drainage system installation, he pointed out a place where I had some dry rot that should be repaired before they finished the work. Alex was flexible and waited to hear back from me that my repairs were done before coming back to complete his work. I'm so grateful for that, and also that we caught the issue before more damage had been done! The retaining wall and grading look great as do the rock work, drainage system and new concrete steps. All was completed in just 1-1/2 days, and for a very fair price. As an added bonus, the driveway and parking pad benefitted from extra gravel, including Alex and his team moving a heavy trailer to freshen up the area underneath with new stone. We had a tiny level area with a narrow, dated walkway of aggregate concrete. The vegetation was mostly dead ground cover on a steep slope...not useful in any way. The process was great, since I had a limited budget, I was very keen to get the biggest bang while managing my funds, Adam was very helpful with this in explaining the impacts of different choices and trade-offs. I purchased a stand alone water feature to save money and it was worked into the plantings with a lovely result. We had stone retaining walls installed, including a large stone bench, and a paver patio in decomp granite. Now, the entry looks inviting, lush and we have plenty of room to enjoy the shade of the oaks and arriving guests. Last comments...crew was hard working, considerate, clean, on time, and friendly and was a really happy experience.

My experience with this business went downhill very quickly. Rude, entitled, incompetent. They tried to leave several cubic yards at the top of my driveway (after the delivery was 3 hours late, I had laborers waiting, and never got a delivery update). The delivery driver was a complete ass. I could not have my delivery blocking my cars in. I mean, WTF??? He even laughed in my face, which was so contemptuous and caused and argument and then left without doing the delivery. The previous delivery was on the side, no problem. Apparently only THEIR time matters. Customers are disposable. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I try to support local businesses, but the sloppy, snotty whatever their bad attitude of the day is... well, just plain WOW! I've only ever been treated with respect and professionalism at Rare Earth. Go there instead. Don't say you weren't warned.
