Mark is by far one of the best people I have met out here in Crestview. He truly cares about his clients, their safety, and their professional growth. He even has gone above and beyond to where he's even gone out of his personal training and helped me when I was having a hard time fixing things around the house. The workouts are awesome. Working out is something I really enjoy doing, but it's very easy for me to get bored and stop pushing myself. When I first contacted Scopum Tactical Fitness I was looking for someone to teach me self defense. It then turned into working out as well. Mark is a great motivator and is mindful of your limits. He has a lot of experience in fitness and will push you to reach your goals. I really enjoy my time with him. Since I've been training with him I have lost 30lbs and I'm stronger and in better shape than I have been in a long time. He's great with working around my schedule and he also comes to me to train. This guy really knows his stuff, I've only had brief encounters with other personal trainers but without a doubt Mark brings the most to the table. His skill level and professionalism are unmatched. When I first started training with him the first feelings I got was intimidation, and don't get this confused, it wasn't his demeanor or attitude. It was his shear fitness level, I expected him to maybe be over aggressive and pushy like others I've seen in the past. All of that quickly faded when you realize his first concern is your safety and your progression. At no point has he ever showed signs of being impatient or pushy, quite the contrary actually. He brings a positive environment with him and genuinely encourages and promotes your fitness level while showing you exercises that not only burn calories and shape muscle but can be done by anyone no matter what your fitness level is. When I first began working with him it was motivating, the excercises encouraged me to improve even more, Mark will switch it up and show you something new according to what you are going for, it really seems like he knows the best exercises and proper technique for anything your looking to achieve. My knowledge of workout before scopum was basic to say the least, and the exercises I did took a lot of time while showing only small results, you will not have that problem when you begin working with Scopum. While fitness is the ultimate goal, Mark has an encyclopedia like knowledge of healthy foods and supplements that you might want to try, again he gives you information based on what you want to achieve, this guy has clearly done his homework and he knows what's safe and what's not, you're going to be impressed with your results and you're going to want to be better than you were before. What's not to love about Scopum Tactical Fitness? My mom has been training at Scopum Tactical Fitness for a week, and it has greatly impacted her life. Between her lack of coordination, and inflexibility she wasn't sure what to expect. Wow was I surprised! Her trainer, Mark, has reshaped her body already. She lost ten pounds in ONE WEEK. She has already lost 9% of her body weight, she is eating better, and loves to exercise! Over the past 23 years, she put working out on the back burner due to busy schedules with family, work, kids, etc. I tried getting her back into the gym (along with attempting several diets) and she just couldn't get any results on her own. Her entire session provides an awesome full body workout! She said she never feels judged for being out of shape and not being able to do certain moves due to lack of strength. Each session she has been gaining more and more confidence and she is able to do more. Mark is teaching her the proper way to strength train and spends time educating her on what muscles she is working. He is always willing to share their expertise and help her accomplish her goals. I love how he teaches her new things, holds her accountable for results and pushes her limits. He is very passionate about his job and provides motivation and support to help her achieve her goals. Lets start off with a few questions. Do you want your girlfriend/wife to leave you alone? Do you think Hugh Jackman looks gross and or like a sissy? Well, if you answered yes to the above two questions, training with Mark Rudolph at Scopum Tactical fitness isn't for you. I trained with Mark for eight months prior to moving to Texas and I miss my days of laying on the floor, lip quivering, foot twitching, and sweating profusely from every square inch of my body. I gained not only a nice physique and functional strength, but a nice boost in confidence through enduring my daily challenges presented through our training. Upon training with Mark you will instantly gain a glimpse of what kind of performance and physique you can achieve by taking a look at him, the proof is in the pudding, just don't eat like a scumbag and you too could also have a strong jawline and a hurculean body.
