Their portal is easy to use & efficient. I liked that I could actually see how each document was used, with markers showing exactly where numbers were pulled from in the PDFs. Their fee was reasonable, and I believe I more than made that back through their expertise. They caught items that my previous tax preparer missed, which made a real difference. If your taxes involve more than just basic W-2s or 1099s, I highly recommend working with a knowledgeable CPA like Sam. Not only did Olga not know what she was doing, as she has personally advised us incorrectly and now…read moremy 2025 taxes need to be re-done, but she also worked on our corporate taxes and didn't finish the job she promised to do, after we paid her. All she did was file an extension and then give us a termination of her services all because we wouldn't pay her an additional $10k for unaudited financial statements that were requested when we hired her. According to her she never agreed to this and thus she had "no time" to do them. I would NEVER recommend her and think anyone using her should be very careful of what she's advising you to do, beware you will probably get audited.
