The menu is down all online as well as the ordering process. The staff was friendly and was able to explain everything properly. We stated off with some vegetable that we grilled. The vegetables were raw and unseasoned. We had the following vegetables. Onions and zucchini and mushrooms. We grilled them and we had to dip them in the sauces to add flavor. For the meats. Short ribs were extremely fatty and chewy and the seasoning was bland. Short ribs on no bone Was very fatty and chewy and the way it was cut was like it was cut by hand not even made it hard to grill. Ox tongue Had same seasoning as the short ribs. Not much flavor in the sauce. It was ok nothing special. Pork belly Was cut so small made it hard to grill properly. No seasoning on the pork belly. Pineapple Was fresh and not canned and we grilled it as well. It's a nice place but with a few improvements it can be a winner.

The chicken was excellent, very similar to Swiss Chalet at it's best & better in my opinion than typical at St. Hubert. The crinkle-cut fries were hot and crispy, but I prefer regular fries at Swiss Chalet; to each his own. The BBQ sauce was delicious, even though it wasn't the addictive chalet sauce I crave. A dispenser was available if you wanted more. Coleslaw was good, and free refills. Soda fountain for the drinks. In addition to the BBQ chicken most had, others at our table had a chicken club and several poutines. I heard no complaints at all. Play area was popular for the kids.

As a few people mentioned in their reviews, most of the food tasted like frozen stuff that was thrown in the oven (microwave?) just to heat up and serve. Unfortunately, I kept comments to myself because it was for a birthday party. I only discovered that everyone had the same opinion about their meal and there was not one good comment from them either. Overpriced is an understatement.
