I think this lady should be fired immediately unless you want her to keep running away business. There's no need to be rude with potential clients unless she is racist or something. I was told her name is Mel, I really hope corporate or management looks into this issue. Hopefully all calls are recorded. Call was made around 1pm - 1:30 on July 9th.
