Just drive up, one the employees tells you where to pull up to. You pull up they help you unload. They weigh it and about three mins later youre out the door cash in hand. I was simple calling to see if the company would take my metal and she was just being mean for no reason. When I got off the phone my 10 year said she was rude and he was playing his video game. I think this lady should be fired immediately unless you want her to keep running away business. There's no need to be rude with potential clients unless she is racist or something. I was told her name is Mel, I really hope corporate or management looks into this issue. Hopefully all calls are recorded. Call was made around 1pm - 1:30 on July 9th. There should be a warm , sweet, kind voice on the phone not the voice of grumpy Mel.

I was only expecting about $2.00 for the amount of cans I got but it came to $4.50 and I was thrilled! I had been meaning to recycle in order to declutter & it's good for the environment plus a bonus to get a few bucks! :-).... So I proceeded to the front office with my ticket and TDL ( Remember to bring your I.D. & you will have to do the fingerprint deal). The young lady working the window was cool & explained the process. The lobby is SUPER NICE... the aesthetic is perfect for this place of business and I love the friendly yet helpful warning sign posted between the payment machine & the service window... check out my pics below. So I received a payment ticket that you scan over at the machine to get your cash! Cool operation! They also have stickers free to the customers, so help yourself! It's crazy to see the prices changing depending on the economics of oil and gas. If gas goes down then obviously the price for pound of metal goes down. Same with it going up. They usually weigh the amount of what you bring and your amount of cash you receive depends that. Don't be surprised though, because it's usually ranging from 6-10 cents per pound. That's just how the economy works. Or more like, that's just how recycling works. So if you ever see a homeless person rummaging through trash, 8 times out of 10, they're looking for soda cans, or anything metal. They'll collect as much as possible to get a few dollars. Even old metal bed frames will work. Think about it, if you're ever finishing up a Coca Cola can, just think, you could save a huge garbage bag and get a few extra cash WHILE recycling. Anyways, this place always has nice workers and they're always helpful. I would like to mention that it's best to go before they open because it can take quite a while to get through all of your scrap metal and then have it weighed. They open at 8am, but I would suggest coming earlier then that as there would be lots of trucks with their stuff. I've been coming on Saturdays in the morning and it always seems the busiest when I go.
