Owner quoted me a price, when I got there worker quoted me $55 over, it was close to closing time, so she said I could come back the next day to pick up because owner wasn't answering phone or text. I wasn't going to come back the next day, I needed my phone. She went down $25, I paid, owner calls me later that night to apologize and offer to refund the difference. Of course I would have to go back the next day for my $25 refund, I had to go to Austin early the next morning so I never went back. I would not recommend, total waste of time and money, I had to replace my phone the following weekend, the back fell off. I see the owner saw my review, I guess she didn't read the part of me having to replace my phone the following weekend, like yesterday, because the back that was replaced fell off and my phone was not working properly. So yes I do need to write this review. And I was there 40 minutes before closing time, it took her longer than that to fix but I left your establishment by 7:45. You close at 7:30, if you look at the text I sent shortly after leaving your store you can see the time. read more

Tragically, I had dropped my phone and shattered my screen. I instantly went to Yelp to gather some quotes and Saiful, the owner, responded within a few hours. He was willing the match the lowest quote I could find around the city, so I promptly brought my phone in the next afternoon to get my screen fixed. No appointment needed. His shop is a little stand along the front wall of the El Ahorro Market. The two ladies running the stand asked to see my messages to confirm my quote with Saiful, and proceeded to take my phone. Despite having 2 customers in front of me with needed repairs, I was out of there in 20 minutes. CASH (or debit card) ONLY. Overall, great value, friendly owner/staff, and amazingly quick service. My phone looks good as new and I'll be sure to update my review if my phone doesn't hold up! But overall, I highly recommend them and will definitely be back since they're in my area! read more

This was my first time using this service. They replaced the screen on my iPad quickly and also put on a screen protector - no bubbles! Price was good, too. I did have to ask for a paper receipt, and they don't take credit cards which I did not know ahead of time (only cash/Apple pay). The kiosk is in a grocery store and a strip mall that I would not go to at night, but during the day it's fine. I plan on using them again if I have another cracked screen. read more

My iPhone 11 needed the front and back glass replaced. I shopped around and the ladies working here matched the best price I found. Phone was ready in a few hours as the back glass takes longer to replace. A few days later the touch screen stopped working. I called them and they said to bring it back and they will replace again and that they stand by their work. They did replace it right away. I highly recommend these ladies.
