She told me if I didn't want to tell her how much, I could just "get my a** out of there and go somewhere else." Sadly, my tank was completely empty, so I had no choice but to get $10 worth of gas - and then I went somewhere else. I drive by this station every day, and I use a lot of gas in my service vehicle - but I will never return to this station.

As a large group of 'out of towners' Bertha sure did reach out to us making us feel welcome. We had to have passed a dozen employees where no one spoke at all... but Bertha went completely out of her way to reach us. She gave us some good suggestions on foods and event told us alittle bit about herself and how much she loves her job. She even gave us some cool facts about the meats that come to Ingles 82. The store was super clean with even cleaner bathrooms. Great experience while shopping and even better when we hit the gas station because we got $.15 off each gallon thanks to the $330 we spent inside the store. Love Ingles!
