He was very straightforward and helpful when gathering info for the policy; my husband ended up going with him too. The main reason I switched from my original carrier (of over 35 years) was lack of personal attention and the inability to speak with a human (easily)-they have all gone to the broker model. We still needed more information to get the quote finalized, and Noah came to our house on the following Monday. What a breath of fresh air. She listened to my concerns and goals and set out to craft policies that not only surpassed my goals, but saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. She left no stone un-turned and seemed genuinely thrilled to be helping me save money as we watched the rate repeatedly drop. I daresay she even made it seem fun... By the time she was done, I'd saved several hundred bucks on the home policies and almost $100 on my auto policy while maintaining the exact same coverage. I've never been impressed by an insurance company. Like, ever. Until now. One more thing that I really loved: my call went right here to the Bend office and not some far-off call center - this allowed us to chit-chat about relevant local things while the system was crunching numbers.
