I was set up to have an appointment with Noah C and I went to his office on a Friday. He was very straightforward and helpful when gathering info for the policy; my husband ended up going with him too. The main reason I switched from my original carrier (of over 35 years) was lack of personal attention and the inability to speak with a human (easily)-they have all gone to the broker model. We still needed more information to get the quote finalized, and Noah came to our house on the following Monday. What a breath of fresh air. We were covered that day and we finalized all the paperwork in the next couple of days. It was so easy and stress-free that I can't believe I have stayed with my carrier for that long. I went in looking for business insurance, and had a very long detailed chat with Perry. I came out with an overload of information that seemed comforting, like "This guy is really looking out for me." For some reason, I was thought I would get a better deal at Country Financial and left Farmers, only to realize I felt no connection to Country Financial. So I left them, and went right back to Farmers. And never looked back! Perry's my home for Insurance. I'm a veteran so most of my insurance is through USAA. But over the years I've leaned on Perry's firm for insurance guidance. It's not about the money Lebowski, you're a person to them, and for me that's key. I trust Perry's advice and I know he's looking out for our best interest. You don't typically find this type of character from other insurers. I've been with Farmer's now for 5 years, and my partner and I have a little girl. We recently had hail damage to our roof which required replacement of the roof. When I called Perry, he immediately filed a claim. Within a day, the adjuster had contacted the roofer and once we had signed a contract, the money was in our bank account within two days. The entire process was a "walk in the park". I have been with Farmer's Insurance (for home owner, auto & a teenage driver) since August 2006! Perry is the quintessential perfect insurance agent. He is knowledgeable, thorough and truly cares about his clients. I get email reminders that he's happy to review my policy and answer any questions. His entire office makes insurance as painless as possible. I had my first major car accident last January and Perry called me personally to say he hopes I was okay. Working with a Farmer's certified auto body shop was seamless and professional, a check for the value of my totaled car arrived promptly, and my chiropractic care was covered. The claims department was friendly and followed through with checking in with me throughout my chiropractic care with phone calls to ask how I was feeling. Flash forward, and I hit a wild animal in my new car and needed to file a second, comprehensive, claim this year. ANY time I have needed to call the local office Perry's staff remembers both my daughter and I. In the past, Lori and Janice have been great. Today, Dart and Courtney went above and beyond. Perry has great staff and it shows. I've literally been with Perry for over a decade! When I needed his team & Farmers a couple times this year, they delivered. I had a large claim this year and am new to Farmer's. The freeze damage to my extractor was partially covered ( $801 of $3,000) but where they really went to the top for me was when my business interruption coverage wasn't the type for my business and they changed it so that it was covered. The claim they paid for that was more than my $2,500 premium. So yes, that's as good as it gets.!! read more

Several years ago, my health insurance agent recommended Perry. I only had a small need then and it was an unusual situation. Although it was a small amount of money, he never treated it like "less" he took the hours needed to research the situation and took care of me. Eventually, we got a quote from him when changing our homeowners and auto. Although we received more coverage from him/Farmer's, it was actually less expensive to go with him. The other day we had a claim happen on a weekend and I called him. He surprisingly answered and gave me the complete information I needed to take care of our situation.
