I had a standard well installed with Scott, it took time to get to me but all was completed on schedule, no issues (unless your a winer). After 1 year we had an issue which was remidied without hesitation, so they stood behind their warranty (a very rare thing in the Ozarks). Terrific service and attention to detail. They answered the phone promptly and showed up on time. Gave a rough estimate and then beat it when all was said and done. The tech, Scott, kept me informed of what was going on and what could and could not be done to fix the issue. Had to have a new pump to replace our old 1975 model. Could not be happier. read more

We were stranded over a weekend with no water and no call back from the field technician as promised on Friday for warranty work. The Scott and Son Field Technician never called us as promised we were looking at our third day without water so we called Bill with Reids well drilling out of Eldon... They were out first thing Sunday morning to repair what we explained to them as a leak In the piping We could hear the pump cycling on and off and water running in the well casing. After pulling the pump we found it was the pump not the piping or couplings. The Gould Pump was still under warranty however Scott and Son would not help us out at all because they did not do the service call. They would not even help us out with our warranty claim on our $1,000 pump or process the repair or replacement of my defective pump with their supplier. Over the last 3 years I have had to spend $2,800 on pumps and service calls.
