He prioritized me since I had active leaks and started work started work almost immediately. He and his crew were personable and polite. The work looks great and they did a good job cleaning up. Eight months later when a pesky leak that plagued me for 14 years (off and on) reappeared he came out to investigate. Even though it didn't come from the roof as I had initially thought, Kelly figured out where the leak was coming from, told me what I needed to do to fix it, and what materials to use.
