Had an issue with a horrible employer, I called in for advice, to see if I had a case for a law suite, unfortunately I did not, there are no laws against someone being an "A"-Hole. I was lucky enough to speak with Matt McNamara. I was really shocked and impressed that I received a call back rather quickly and even though I did not have a case, he gave my some direction and info that assisted me greatly. Each time I called, my call was responded to fairly quickly. Most Attorneys, you get a 72 hr or longer, turn around, but he seemed to be available and very helpful. Thank you. It made a horrible situation a little more palatable. Let's face it, no one likes not knowing or depending on someone else for answers, but Matt made it a little more bearable and I understood what I was dealing with. If I should need an Attorney, he's going to be the first one I turn too as he got zero dollars from me, yet gave of his time, was patient in listening and to answer and educate me on what I was dealing with and for that I am surprised and thankful. I too feel my case was mishandled and expect a reply stating they do recall the situation in the same manner. A bit of canned response if you review their replies. When I brought this same issue up with counsel, I heard these same words in person, only a bit more adamantly. In retrospect, I would not use this firm for any legal matter, I would however strongly recommend opposing counsel, she was very effective in negotiating for her client.

A complete and utter waste of time…read more I hired Morgan & Morgan after a car accident. At first, things appeared fine. They gathered my information, they set me up with a team, and they even called me. And just like that - poof. They disappeared. I called and e-mailed a few times with questions and trying to get answers was difficult. I felt as if I had to hunt down a needle in a haystack. Not to mention that they switched my case managers, attorneys, etc. at the very least twice, so just as I began to get used to one team I was set up with another. Where is the human factor in all this? You clearly are just a number to them. Additionally, after months of signing with them and getting little to no updates, I was dropped without an explanation. Fine, you did not want to take my case - you are completely entitled to do that but at the very least give me a reason rather than a generic e-mail apologizing and advising me to consult another attorney. The only good thing in all of this is that they do not require payment up front, but perhaps that in itself is the problem. They advertise themselves as only getting paid if you win, but if they do not see your case as profitable, you will simply be dropped sans explanation. If I could go back in time, I would have done things differently. Unfortunately I can't do that, and now after consulting other attorneys, it turns out that my case is not being taken, but you know what? At least these lawyers and their law firms gave me some sort of explanation and did not leave me hanging for months. Stay away from Morgan and Morgan. There's a reason that other lawyers and their firms speak ill of them. They essentially take all cases and get rid of whomever they don't feel will benefit their own interests. Only rating 1 star as I cannot give them what they deserve - a big fat 0!

So, I called Apple Pie Maids! Not only did they fit me in almost immediately, they worked with my work-from-home schedule. Katie and Kristina used text messaging to communicate with me since I can rarely answer my phone during the work day. When the cleaners are here, they're always extremely polite and even operate based on my schedule (running the vacuum when I'm not on a call, jumping into my office to clean between my work, etc). They always ask me as soon as they arrive if there's something particular they should focus on or an area that needs special attention, and then walk me through each room at the end to ensure nothing was missed. Overall, the service has been invaluable. I'm no longer staring at dusty shelves during presentations, constantly vacuuming my dogs pet hair on my lunch break, or picking up after my little ones through the evenings. There's something about a clean house that just allows you to concentrate!! You truly can't put a price on receiving time back during a busy life. Time saved on cleaning has turned into time well spent with my family when it matters. For context - We have a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home (2000 sq feet). Cleanings included the entire house each time.
