He was so easy going and chill to work with the entire time. When we first met with him, we planned to do a 50 person local wedding, BUT our plans changed to a 130+ person wedding nearly 2 hours away almost the day after we met with him lol. There aren't enough words to describe how skilled and professional they are--they are amazing photographers (individually and as a duo) and clearly love what they do. Our proposal photoshoot was the only prior experience we had in terms of taking professional photos as a couple. We met them in person for the first time at our engagement photoshoot--they immediately made us feel comfortable and were seriously thoughtful about the entire process, whether it was the location choices, minute-by-minute weather changes/forecast, outfit changes, etc. It really feels like they plan for everything and care about the little details. When we asked them about another vendor they would potentially work with on the day of our wedding, they even referenced notes they made when they had worked with them for a prior wedding. Throughout the whole process, they were prompt communicators (frequently responding to an email within minutes!) and guided us with experience and patience that we really appreciated. Whenever we had something to discuss with them (including choices we needed to make as a couple), they never hesitated to give us suggestions and feedback. Polite to an extent, but also acted like they didn't know what to do and confused. They had no direction, asked US for help and placement of children. They we're late! Had no idea how to follow a plan or schedule. We first took photos outside. 1. It was HOT. The SUN was IN OUR FACES. The poor children were squinting. Not until I advised them to do it inside. 2. They were late 3. Unorganized Inside the next day They still have no organization. We had a teacher help them pose and direct the line of children to go next. A few weeks later we receive the papers which we have to individually send to each parent with a specific link and password. Guess what, more than half the links don't have any photos! It is a complete nightmare. Do not choose for school photos.
