Mystique Dining at Gardner Village - Mac & Cheese entree

Lovely experience overall! The venue is in a cute little garden village filled with all kinds of…read morefun activities all around. Parking was easy to find right out front. I went on a Tues evening so it wasn't as crowded. Inside was easy to check in. They gave me a colored chip to set near my dining set so the servers know what type of meal to bring me. Bathrooms were also right outside and very convenient. Dinner was five courses. Chef Anna was innovative and created our dishes to perfection. We started with a yummy crostini made of goat cheese, strawberries, and balsamic. Then a summer salad followed made with berries and sliced almonds. Third course was a fruit sorbet as a palette cleanser in between. Fourth and fifth courses consisted of what guests ordered individually online upon purchasing their tickets to the show. I chose the mac and cheese with the veggie lasagna. Mac and cheese was amazing! By the time I started on my lasagna, I was already pretty full. It tasted more like a vegan lasagna rather than a veggie one. I tasted shredded bits of coconut that may have been vegan cheese. Lastly, for dessert it was a lovely strawberry shortcake. We were all well fed and satisfied by the time Magician Anjo came out. Because we were a smaller crowd of six guests, we got a more intimate experience with Anjo, who was great by the way! Very funny and entertaining. In the course of 45 minutes, he did quite a few various tricks for us including one with playing cards and one with golf balls. The one with the money at the end was probably his best trick! Anjo restored my faith in magic! :D Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a cool magic show with great food, superb staff, and amazing vibes all around.

First off, we have to be clear about this place. It is wonderful for special family events or…read moregatherings. Something special with friends or visitors. As a casual date night type thing this place is a bit expensive. That being said, this place is great. It is fun, a wonderful 5 course dinner. The food was excellent. I hope the chef never loses her edge in the quality of food she is producing. The magic show was better than I thought it was going to be. The magician was very good and kept people engaged and entertained. We had fun.

I love this streaming service. Not only does it offer hundreds of incredibly talented and…read morehilarious comedians, but all shows are "family friendly" so the whole family can enjoy! And due to their unique business model, it is VERY AFFORDABLE. I'll be the first to admit I didn't think "family friendly" comedy would be nearly as good as "adult comedy" ... but I was promptly schooled. "Family friendly" does not mean knock-knock jokes or jokes without innuendo/subtext ... I laughed so hard I HURT. A wonderful surprise and a testament to the amazing talent on this channel. Instead of paying $15 month or $150 year like many other services, as of the date of this post they offer two very affordable tiers: a low monthly rate (under $7) OR an annual subscription which is crazy CHEAP ($40 a year!). They help to keep overhead low by allowing comedians to accept on-screen TIPS from viewers. This encourages each comedian to bring their A Game -- the harder the laughs the higher the tips :-) What a novel idea! I started with a monthly plan to see if I'd find the time to watch it, with most shows lasting about 20 minutes. I found belly-laughs a great way to start my day, so quickly upgraded to the Annual Plan. I've been enjoying these shows SO MUCH that I'm actually planning a trip to attend the live taping of a show! I highly recommend everyone check out this amazing channel. After all "laughter is the best medicine."

The theater itself was great, it has a more complete food and snack counter with more food options than the typical theater junk food, and of coarse all he treats and drinks. Our seats were very comfortable (recliners) and the screen we had (may have been an IMAX) was very large. Sound was good, not just loud. Ok, it was over loud like most theaters today but it also was tight and clear. After our movie some of our group grabbed ice cream and others got burgers and fries from the businesses that are right out front. Then we at around a fire pit and ate our food while enjoying the fire. I think there were several fire pits to enjoy. Despite bing a large complex with lots of stores parking was easy and close the door too.

Ok, where to start? So at the register to pay you CANNOT pay with cash so DONT bring no cash here…read more Anyways, the seats in the theater are very nice, but the heating and the reclining back is very iffy, you have to press the buttons multiple times sometimes. And at the register the card we use didn't work?? Don't know if that was at fault of the company, the theater, or the register itself (it may be the card but I don't believe so because there was money on it and it still declined?). The experience was okay at best, though I would just choose to go to the Saratoga Springs Fatcats. Though the snacks and drinks were good. 4 stars.
