This is a masterplanned theater complex with bars, restaurants and shopping, most of it is walkable before or after the movie. The theater itself was great, it has a more complete food and snack counter with more food options than the typical theater junk food, and of coarse all he treats and drinks. Our seats were very comfortable (recliners) and the screen we had (may have been an IMAX) was very large. Sound was good, not just loud. Ok, it was over loud like most theaters today but it also was tight and clear. After our movie some of our group grabbed ice cream and others got burgers and fries from the businesses that are right out front. Then we at around a fire pit and ate our food while enjoying the fire. I think there were several fire pits to enjoy. Ok, where to start? So at the register to pay you CANNOT pay with cash so DONT bring no cash here. Anyways, the seats in the theater are very nice, but the heating and the reclining back is very iffy, you have to press the buttons multiple times sometimes. And at the register the card we use didn't work?? Don't know if that was at fault of the company, the theater, or the register itself (it may be the card but I don't believe so because there was money on it and it still declined?). The experience was okay at best, though I would just choose to go to the Saratoga Springs Fatcats. Though the snacks and drinks were good. 4 stars. read more

I used to live in the Lehi area and go over to the Thanksgiving Point Megaplex frequently. Since I moved to Eagle Mountain, I don't find myself going over to that theatre as much anymore. I happened to have a sweet deal at a Megaplex location and decided to check out the newer Megaplex in Vineyard. If you don't visit Vineyard every other Tuesday, it seems like they pop up a new building every time you blink. I have loved seeing the area expand more and more. This location is conveniently located near all kinds of restaurants and dessert shops, which is great when it is a movie theatre. On my particular visit, I went to see JoyRide and I had a premium ticket so I got the most premium seat--how exciting! I also went at like 10:30pm because I don't like sitting in a theatre with a bunch of people, especially screaming kids. I redeemed my Megaplex rewards for a popcorn refill and a drink refill. It was a bit confusing on how to redeem these items since they were paid for in advance but I didn't want people to think I was stealing either. The popcorn itself was burnt to a crisp. When I poured it out, there was all kinds of black remnants in the tub. Since when did theatre popcorn turn into such a bad option? The staff was really nice though, the movie was great, and the theatre is big, clean and new. The other Megaplex location I used to go to was super outdated and not nearly as nice. I am a bit far from this location so it is not necessarily convenient but I would prefer it over other locations just because of how nice it is. One bummer is that the parking can be tricky, just because of all the surrounding businesses that also use parking. I will definitely keep this location in mind for my next movie! read more

A great theatre, especially the IMAX. The prices here are incredible. Super affordable even when watching in IMAX. The popcorn was delicious and the staff were helpful and nice. They even have shakes! I like how they offer seats with or without recliners based on people's preferences. We opted for the recliner seats and they were comfortable and more private than the regular seats. I'd be glad to come and watch a movie here again! read more

This is one of my very favorite theaters. It's large and spacious, from the main lobby to the bathrooms to the aisles between seats. I love it! Plenty of choices to choose from for a snack and plenty of movies to decide between as well. The employees are very considerate and I love that they never seem rushed--even when there is a huge line. They are assertive and quick but don't push you through the line just to hurry everyone along, it was a breath of fresh air to see someone working hard but being considerate at the same time. My only complaint is the drive in, they have to figure out a new road that goes straight to the theater. I always get lost and end up driving around a huge dirt field. They're in the process of adding more restaurants and parking, so in a few years it will be more convenient and focused, but until then, 4 stars from me. As you drive in, it's like an outdoor "eatery". The parking is conveniently located and pretty easy to get to. The area is clean, it smells good and the buildings are attractive. The environment is also nice, generally families or small groups coming. As you walk in to the theater, you are greeted by friendly people, everything is strategically located making it simple to maneuver!!! I love the popcorn!!! They don't cringe when you ask for "extra butter" It is fresh and there are a couple varieties. They also offer menu items. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. I drive across town past 2 theaters to come here for the recliners!!! This is a must go place to take your family or go on a date or something!!! read more

The theater itself was nice. We paid extra for the luxury seating, which was comfortable and separated from the regular seating by a little low wall, but I'm not sure I like paying $13 each to see a movie. And the drinks were unbelievable! $6 for a bottled water and another $6 for a cup of ice?? I'll never make that mistake again. $68 total for two seniors and two young adults to see a movie is out of my price range now. Let's not even talk about the $120 afterwards to go to Olive Garden. That's an expensive night out, even if it was to celebrate those two boy's birthdays. We've been priced right out of the "dinner and a movie" date night now for sure. read more

As far as the theater itself goes: it is fantastic! The Luxury seats are comfortable , the Dobly Atmos theater is DA BOMB, and the Quiet room theaters are a dream for a mom in desperate need of a night out. I had heard good things about the shakes at the Megaplex's so I thought I'd give it a whirl. Huge mistake by the way. Something is terribly wrong with their vanilla ice cream. Call me an ice cream snob (which I proudly am), but something in the mix was terribly off-putting. I returned the first thinking it was a fluke but the second was just as awful. Concession stand service took a while, but it wasn't too bad, and the prices were pretty typical for a movie theater: expensive! I forgot how wonderful it is when you walk into a theater and smell that fresh popped popcorn that extra buttery smell and flavor even if you don't buy it it just is fun to be there the IMAX terrific seats wonderful picture and the staff is always very friendly. Best part was being back with friends‼ I even had to drive 30 minutes to Vineyard in commuter time traffic to get to this theater when there is one closer to home but gathering friends at the movie-- one came from 60 miles away in the same traffic. Everyone of us passed other theaters but it was totally worth it. Lauren and I have been guests at this Megaplex location numerous times over the past year, and we have always enjoyed our experience! The theatres have always been clean, comfortable, and well serviced. The temperature has always been good for me, but Lauren does get cold easier and generally brings a light jacket or sweater. Like any theatre, if you get cold easy, dress smart. The film times have always been convenient, and if you want to ensure you have plenty of time to get snacks or a meal before catching the previews, show up 15-20 minutes early. Good food and drink selection! Also, the Luxury seats are worth the extra few bucks, every time!! Download their app, because it is superbly helpful! Overall, this location or their sister location at Thanksgiving Point are our go-to theatres in the northern Utah Valley! Highly recommend! read more

I brought the dirty cup to her. She said "Are you sure you don't want to just use it?" I said "no it's dirty" and explain to her what happened. She told me if I didn't use the dirty cup she was going to charge me for a new one. Seriously? Worst customer service and probably a health code violation. I had a very good initial theater experience here. The facility is extremely clean and new. Employee at the front scanning tickets is a little gruff but he means well (and is serious about training new employees). The actual theaters have 360 audio systems that won't blow your ears out but give an extremely sonically full movie experience. Screens are extremely clear, and seats are comfortable. I like the feature of being able to reserve seats too. There are so many choices of food, snacks, and drinks that will complement any movie. They also have kiosks next to the ticket booth The decorations in this theatre are absolutely eye catching. The design and layout of the interior makes for a easy walk from around the place. Everything I said in my lower review holds true, but I've recently become even more impressed with this place. I don't know what they do to train their employees, but they're doing something right. I went to see Wonder Woman with my wife recently, and, don't ask me how, but I left my new gold Nixon watch there by accident. It's quite nice, and it was a gift from my wife. Anyway, two days later I figured out it was here where I had left it. I called in to their lost and found, and they had it! I don't know who picked up the watch, but I am so impressed with him/her. The Larry H Miller Megaplex Theaters are our go to spot. Every Tuesday night my husband and I go to $5 movie night. This theater is new, clean, and offers great concessions! Each Tuesday, movies are $5 (even the luxury seating!). Along with movie tickets, some of the food is discounted. $5 mini pizza, $1.50 popcorn, $2 hotdogs, $3 nachos. Great, and cheap, date night. *About a month ago we noticed concession prices went up which is LAME. I'll need to update the aforementioned discounted food prices. They also offer a great rewards program. Each dollar you spend leads to perks and prizes. We've gotten free movie tickets, free drinks, free treats and popcorn. We also LOVE that they offer assigned seating. If you plan early enough, you get your perfect theater spot. You can always sit with your group and they won't oversell the theater. Also, invest in the refillable drink mug! A one time purchase of $15, then you get $1.75 (WAS $1.50, lame) refills. They also, maybe once or twice a year, offer a refillable popcorn tub. We never eat that much popcorn, but for a large family it would be beneficial. read more

Just went and watched Furious 7 (Fast 7?) on the IMAX screen in the luxury reclining seats. Let's just say it was quite a nice experience. I no longer have to go up to Sandy to catch an IMAX flick AND I can choose to watch something in my own secluded and comfortable space. The seats recline (obviously) and you have your own little swinging arm tray for food and drink. The seats even have temp control to turn on/off at your leisure. Since you're really in your own little space even checking your phone doesn't seem like it would be a distraction to anyone unless you were obnoxious about it. I expected the ticketing/concession area to be a little bigger and the huge light-up sign to be on the other side of the building (facing the road), but whatever they have a million Coke Freestyle machines. read more

Love the sound quality in the theaters, that mixed with the high-quality projectors and dark aesthetic makes for a great experience. You have different seating options which come at various costs and the concessions are usually fantastic, if a bit overpriced. (But what theater isn't?) Overall, I really enjoy this theater and the Megaplex in general. My issue with this theater are the annoying previews. Between each movie preview, they have a sponsored commercial. I have no problems with the fact that they are advertising local businesses, but extending the previews to what feels like twice as long to showcase them is a rather irritating way to start a movie. Since I don't enjoy the previews anyway, this had deterred me from seeing movies at the Megaplex. read more

This theatre is annoying. Parking is awful because they are putting in retail in front (literally as soon as you walk out the door) of the theatre, so if it's after 6 any day, parking is a struggle. Thanks to the Movie Pass, we can all go all the time, but it's making the theatres so congested. This is also the newest theatre for a long way but they skimped and it doesn't have luxury seating throughout. You have to pay more for it. The theatre is clean whenever we go, which is nice, and staff are friendly, but I'm worried that with the expansion of retail right on top of the theatre, parking will be too similar to the Cinemark near University Mall- awful. read more

I like that this theatre isn't as busy and it has good customer service. I find myself waiting in line for a while for the confessions. The last two times I went the popcorn made me very sick but that might be a me thing. I wouldn't say don't go here but if you're wanting good popcorn may want to search somewhere else. read more

I mean. Why don't more movie theaters have cotton candy on their menu? I like that there are more food options at megaplex than popcorn and candy but the calories on basically all of their choices are OUT OF CONTROL and most of it isn't great. They have a bunch of freestyle machines for all your yummy ginger ale needs - ginger ale should be available everywhere, Message me to hear my ted talk about it. Parking isn't great but not as disastrous as people say. They seem to FINALLY be building something in the empty void that should have been more parking all along but. The restrooms are always clean and well stocked and I've never run into a line ever which I assume is because they made a deal with some kind of witch. It's honestly the only explanation. (Also maybe because there are lots of bathrooms but the witch thing seems more legit.) Ticket drive-thru is a creative idea but also like... who is this for? Has anyone actually used this feature? I think if this megaplex was near basically anything it might be something I'd like to use but if I'm gonna go all the way out there I'm seeing a dang movie, not just buying tickets for one, and if I'm seeing the movie that day, why wouldn't I just park and get my tickets inside? read more

We went to the movies here and this theatre is great they have descent burgers, hotdogs, burritos and of coarse all the normal popcorn, drinks and candy you can think of. The have 12 theatres a few have limited "luxury seating" which is basically a lazy boy with heater if you get cold and these are my favorite because they are so comfortable. We love this theater. My husband is in love with Dolby Atmos and I didn't realize the contrast until we went to a Cinemark theater last week and I couldn't hear the movie very good. Dolby Atmos produces incredible sound quality that is all around you, you can hear everything perfectly, including the raindrops. I'm so used to Dolby Atmos with this being the theater we almost always go to, but we decided to go to Cinemark last week, and I really missed the sound quality at this theater. They do charge more here than the other Megaplex's that don't have Dolby Atmos, but if you go on $5 Tuesdays then the price is the same, and I would recommend you go to this theater over any other. Some tips when buying tickets: *Buy a gift card - there is no service fee when buying tickets online with a gift card *Reload the gift card as needed online - there is a $1 fee to reload online but that is cheaper than the $1/ticket fee when purchasing tickets online. *Always go on $5 Tuesdays - so much cheaper! *Purchase your Tickets a week in advance - that is when they become available to buy online for $5 Tuesdays - it is also the only way to try and luck out with luxury recliner seats. *Enjoy the deliciousness that is Dolby Atmos read more
