We met initially, he gave me a great quote within a few days, sent him  pictures of what I needed which really helped the process go smoothly.  Rob and his crew just went to town doing everything that I needed and more.  Making sure that I had frequent updates, discussing modifications as they arose or suggestions on how to make something better.  I have worked with many contractors over the years and no one comes close to his meticulous work that he takes great pride in doing for his clients. Our project required gutting the existing space, including jackhammering the shower floor pan, as well as expanding the footprint of our master bathroom. In addition to handling all phases of the construction, Trevor also guided us through selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile flooring and a barnwood accent wall. He pointed us to suppliers throughout the Valley, all he has done business with before. The tile work in the shower and floors is meticulous, and beautiful! Jessie and his team were AMAZING for my full bathroom remodel!…read more My husband was diagnosed with spinal cancer and went from total mobility to wheelchair bound in 1 week's time. Because of this, we needed to make our master bathroom wheelchair accessible FAST. Jessie and his team kicked butt to get the job done as fast as possible. Most other contractors were 6-10 weeks out for their jobs. I am not sure what magic Jessie worked but started our bathroom within a week and a half of us contacting him and finished the job in just about two weeks time. Our bathroom had to be totally gutted to allow for a "roll in" shower. They had to jack hammer away the floors to accommodate this. We also had to remove a wall to help it be more wheelchair friendly. We decided that since it would need to be so extensive we might as well make a few more upgrades at the same time... like can lights and new cabinet and countertops. Jessie rolled with the punches and let us upgrade what we needed and was so flexible. Jessie and his team did a great job of doing what they said they would do and there were minimum delays on the job. My husband came home early from the hospital and Jessie stayed late to make sure my husband at least had the shower and handicapped toilet he could use when he got home. That was over and above! They were efficient, professional, very respectful and helpful and cleaned up when finished each day. I got a bathroom that is beautiful and top notch. If you want the lowest price out there, remember you get what you pay for. His quality of work cannot be disputed so don't be put off by the price, it is worth it. I am not sure if I can post photos on here of before and after but if I can I will. If I cannot, I am happy to share the final results.

All of which I had been pleased with both pricing and quality. However, recently things went completely off the rails. The project started bad and ended awful. I got a call the day before the start saying we'd have a few days delay. Ok fine. I got a call later saying somebody would show up tomorrow. No one did. I got a call the next day saying they'd be there tomorrow. This time a guy showed up, said he needed to get some supplies, and never came back! Finally a guy came and tiled the shower and floors. Progress. Next, a crew came to do install the vanity. They left and never came back. Literally no one has come back to my house. And to make matters worse, Danny has completely ghosted me! Will not return my text. Will not return my calls. He was Johnny quick when it was time to collect the deposit. And now, nothing. It's bad enough that he took my money and left me high and dry. Our project was delayed months. When I finally scrambled to get a different contractor we found issues wrong with our cabinets. That's not their fault but given the delays we missed our return window. That's at least a couple more thousand dollars this company cost me. It has been an extremely frustrating experience apart from the money lost. We signed a contract. Never trust a company that doesn't honor it's own paperwork.
