I worked with Sue Hill from this Keller Williams-Steve Nash Team, and she was a brilliant agent!…read more This was the first time we had ever met Sue or worked with the Steve Nash team, and selling a house was new to us. Around five minutes into our conversation, and me showing her my home, I felt confident in her and I knew she was the person! We were selling our home in Clarksville, TN while we lived 13 hours away in North Carolina. She took on all responsibilities of the home, from calling maintenance work to every little detail that needed to be cared for. We are so very grateful for Sue Hill and the Steve Nash Team. She stayed on top of everything, keeping us in the loop about everything going on. Steve Nash was excellent at making sure we had our documents read, signed etc. These two work together great to provide awesome service! Since we are a Military family who needed to sell quickly, we were pretty stressed out, until we hired Sue Hill and the Steve Nash Team, from that moment on, she made it as stress free as possible. In our opinion, it sold rather quickly. She knew we were Military, she knew our needs, and that we needed to sell our home in a timely manner, and she did it! Sue answered all of our questions, and she was extremely knowledgeable with every aspect from marketing the home to fixing things in the home to finding the right maintenance person, title company etc.. (which by the way, she used an EXCELLENT title company for us who stayed on top of every single document) I felt so confident and trusting in Sue, that I pretty much said here is my home, whatever you think is best, do it......and she did! Normally, I'm the type of person who is bending an ear with this and that, but I just felt so comfortable and confident with and in our real estate agent, that I was able to sit back and honestly, do nothing. We ended up with a great deal on the house, and in all honesty, I have absolutely no negative comments regarding this sale or our agents firm. We are 100% satisfied! I would give 10 stars if allowed! I would HIGHLY recommend this real estate agent and firm!

There every step of the way! I first met Hannah in 2024 through a mutual friend. At the time, I was…read moreinterested in buying a second property similar to my first. She found this property for me and took care of everything I could've possibly asked for. Her lender was able to qualify me for the home by myself, which was a huge accomplishment for me personally! A little over a year later, we came up on PCS orders and I had to sell the home quick! So I trusted none other than Hannah, she was able to get me the home and she was able to sell the home! Even with the current market, definitely being a buyers market our home sold quicker than anticipated. She brought me a total of five offers and two were cash offers. She took care of my home as we had to move and saw all repairs through herself. We could not have done this without her and I know a lot of people might throw that around lightly, but we seriously could not have done this without her. Trust that Hannah will care for you to find you the perfect home for you family or sell your home when relocating. I absolutely look forward to working with her again.

Best agent ever! Represented us as a buyers agent. Never felt rushed to make a decision as she was…read morevery patient (we looked at a lot of properties). Helped us see the pros and cons of each home, neighborhood, etc. Great suggestions of things to consider. Very knowledgeable of the area and quick to respond to questions. She has been reliable and comprehensive in representing our interests as the buyer. Has many connections we asked for her support with (inspectors, banking, etc) that helped us immensely and made this a very seamless process. Took so much of the stress of home buying off of us. I will definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a real estate agent. She will take good care of you.

The quality of the housing is terrible. Our house is falling apart. There are no smoke alarms in…read morethe bedrooms. There isn't any ventilation and upstairs stays so damn hot even with the extra fans we bought to keep our kids cool. Our house failed the electric portion when the housing was investigated by the 3rd party for the Army. That's not even the worst part. There is a brown recluse infestation in our house! I called maintenance to come help and the guy didn't do much, handed me terrible glue traps and said to place them around the house. That didn't help. I got bit, had to go to the ER twice and was hospitalized for 3 days being pumped full of strong antibiotics. I am terrified to live in this house and we can't afford to move off base. The value of the housing is not worth the entire BAH. If you get stationed here live off base. The housing is not safe to live in.

The management at Campbell Crossing in Fort Campbell Kentucky and their employees like Candice ,…read morelike to pretend that the US Army doesn't legally have to provide housing for its soldiers regardless of whether these people have money or not but these men and women signed contracts and are giving homes to live in regardless of what they think or feel . These people try to lie to these soldiers they try to make them think that they have to pay all these fees and that they're legally allowed to control the temperatures of their little apartments without their say so even though all these soldiers are handing over about $1,800 a month and BAH for what two bedroom duplexes that they're only supposed to be getting charged $1,675 for , they try to nickel and dime the soldiers acting like they're in HOA even though they have no real authority to do anything charging people or trying to charge people fees for stuff is simple as grass not being cut on time or trash cans being outside even though that's supposed to be reported back up to their higher chain of command if there's issues with that and that they are not supposed to be trying to collect money from these people but they do it anyhow . If you actually contact the US Army Fort Campbell housing people on Bay still tell you that Campbell Crossing has no Authority and not to cooperate with them with any of their feisty conniving things that they try to do to get money out of you . It is truly shameful that these people are allowed to run military housing they should have never used the privatize civilian sector to do this stuff
