I called back and asked for a supervisor and she hung up again. I went down there and asked who hung up on me she said she did. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was the manager and I didn't leave she was calling the cops. The other guy there asked what was the problem I told him I was 3 months from my eye appt still waiting on my trial pair of contacts. She threatened to call the cops again if I didn't leave.

I call back later and speak to the lady and she's says sorry I am busy and will call you later. I never received a call. When I had my eye exam I was told before I left that my insurance covered everything and then I received a bill for $40. When I called to ask about it she said the DR coded or incorrectly and she would speak to him. It's 3 days now and no response. I called and asked to speak to an office manger or a supervisor and she said I will take your information and have her call you back. I am still waiting. Very displeased with the lack of customer service. I definitely will find another clinic to go to even if I have to drive 30-45 min.
