I have never been treated as badly and unprofessionally as I was today at the Russellville clinic by the manager. She got an attitude with me on the phone and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor and she hung up again. I went down there and asked who hung up on me she said she did. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was the manager and I didn't leave she was calling the cops. The other guy there asked what was the problem I told him I was 3 months from my eye appt still waiting on my trial pair of contacts. She threatened to call the cops again if I didn't leave. read more

Have been going to Daiber Vision Care for over 20 years and have always appreciated the care I receive. An eye exam has several components and it can't be done in 10 or 15 minutes. I appreciate the attention to detail and the technical aspects of eye care I receive there. Also due to the high quality of the service they provide many of their patients are long term and naturally it takes time to be seen and adequately evaluated. So in the world at large being patient with medical providers who spend time with patients is not always appreciated but for me the extra time it takes to have a good evaluation is worth it to me. I strongly endorse the care I receive in Daiber Vision Center and recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Waited 2 hours after my appointment time before being taken to Examination wanted 45 minutes fo dr Daiber to come in. Arrived at 1pm Left at 5 pm. Glasses to be delivered in 7 days, took 21 days, ask for My old pair of lens back, told they were not returned by Plunkett Lab , contacted Plunkett lab in ft smith and was informed that the lens were returned to Daiber clinic, Daiber has denied that the lens were returned. Destroyed by the lab. Being lied too. Have had several conversations With Diaber will present Plunkett labs letter on Monday for face to face Confrontation, will file for order of replevin if not successful. I think the new lens are the wrong prescription . No stars awarded or deserved. I'll mannered employees, unfriendly, hostile receptionist , even my wife Disliked her and she thinks mad dogs are just misunderstood, won't Make 2 nd appointment. read more

I give Daiber Vision a 4 out of 5 stars because the providers at this clinic are Great, amazing, the best optometrist's I've ever visited with. (I've been seen by both) **However, the receptionist Maria has got the Worst tone of voice, is so unnecessarily rude, and not helpful at all. I don't believe she properly represents how great these providers are sadly. Unfortunately the receptionist is the first impression, & the person you have to spend the most time with and she doesn't leave a good impression. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had. First time I went I had a good experience. Next time I had to wait 2 hours to be seen and I was on time for my appointment, I had to cancel two meeting, as it takes two months to get an appointment. So my next appointment I was late 15 minutes and they refused to see me. So my time is not as valuable as theirs. Now I went in again had my exam and ordered new glasses. When they came in they were not the ones I ordered. Instead of making it right, they accused me of lying and said I had to pay for something I did not order. Where has customer service gone? They were very rude, and have no concept of customs service. When I told them to cancel and refund me they refused, even though my insurance company has already paid, they will not refund me my out of pocket expenses. Completely unacceptable. Dr Daiber won't even have the decency to speak with me directly, only the staff members who made the mistake in the first place. If I could give less than a star I would. I made an appointment for an eye exam. My appointment was at 11:00 a.m and I still haven't been seen at 12:10. This has been the longest wait I've ever had at a doctors office! The woman that checked me in acted very snobby when I asked her if I had been checked in after waiting 45 minutes. I let her know that I was on my hour lunch break. Why can't the people at the front desk advise you of the wait time, it took me 2 minutes to drive here from work. I could've gone back to work and returned for a later appointment instead of sitting here waiting for now an hour and fifteen minutes! read more
