I needed a simple prescription refill and had to call THREE different times over three separate days. Each time, Ilene was incredibly rude and nasty about it. She acts like asking for a refill is some huge inconvenience. The worst part? She told me to "call whenever you want" about the refill, but then got angry and hostile every single time I actually called. She also failed to properly contact the doctor about my refill request, which caused unnecessary delays in getting my medication. Her attitude is completely unprofessional and inappropriate for a healthcare setting. Patients shouldn't have to deal with mean, confrontational staff when trying to get basic medical needs met. Dr. Rodriguez really needs to address this issue with his front desk staff. The receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and Ilene is driving people away with her terrible attitude and poor service. I'm considering finding a new doctor just to avoid dealing with her, which is sad because the medical care itself has been adequate. Update: Still no improvement in service after multiple complaints.

Have been using the office with Dr. Lampert for 12 years and have never been so disrespected at a…read moreDr's office before. Besides having to placed on hold for times of upwards of 25 minutes to make an appointment I also had to wait weeks for test results. I recently went into the office and had a major issue with wait time and when I complained I was ignored by the PA and then interrupted by the technician who was suppose to do my EKG. I waited almost a half an hour for her but she couldn't give me another minute while discussed my dissatisfaction with the PA. I did get angry and walked out after the tech now wouldn't do the EKG because she was mad at me for telling her to wait a minute while I finished my conversation with the PA. They don't seem to understand that we are the ones who pay their salary. It wasn't the first time I had an issue with them and enough was enough. His practice consists of mostly elderly clients and if they treat younger patients like this they will have no practice when they elderly start to die off. My parents stopped using this office years ago when they misdiagnosed my father. They did the same to me prior to a surgical procedure saying I had a urinary infection that is mainly found in woman. I gave another sample that same day to be sure and it came up clean. While there this past time they had the wrong birthdate on my urine sample again. This time I caught it. What other mistakes are they making and when will Dr. Lampert take charge of his "gatekeepers" who are not the bosses in the office? I would not recommend a doctor who during this time of a padamic isn't wearing a mask but merely a face shield that doesn't stop much of anything.
