My parents have been with Scott's agency since I was on their insurance (many years ago!). When I branched off and looked around, not only could I not find another insurance carrier that could beat the policies they offered, but I couldn't find an agency that would sit down with me in person and go over every line of the quotes with me until I understood everything. My mom always taught me to read all of the fine print, and the agents at Scott's location have always been more than patient with me. I recently got married and am now expecting, so we had to merge my husbands stuff with mine and add life insurance. BOY is life insurance confusing!! Well, ROSALIE IS THE BEST! She took the time to meet with my husband and I and explained everything to us. She told us what to look for in other policies and didn't ever pressure us to use the ones she quoted. She even took the time to do a phone conference with us to answer more questions when she was in a different state, on a Sunday morning no less. She responds to my questions extremely fast! Now to actually using the insurance - I've had minor claims here and there throughout the years (I've been with start farm for a few years now since I'm in my thirties!). I've never had a problem. Today we found out that Scott Frindell is cancelling our auto insurance policy because we submitted too many claims in a three year period. One for an accident that was of the other drivers fault a few months ago and who was also insured with State Farm, some auto glass claims because of traffic on our always being worked on freeways, and one for damage to my Jeep because of the monsoon storms. I am sorry but don't we pay for insurance for coverage and when we need it? Insurance is just a scam if this is the way you treat customers who use the insurance for the correct purpose, we pay for it so we should be able to make a few if need be. Very pathetic of your business and going to recommend that people look elsewhere for insurance. read more

I want to start by stating I'm very happy with State Farm. My constructive feedback is regarding my agents office. While the owner is extremely friendly, the service level from his team is very disappointing. They were readily available when it came time to accept payment for my policy. However, when you need to contact the office for anything non-payment related, it takes days to get a response. When you finally do get in contact with someone, they are very short with you, and not too knowledgeable about their products. This has been an ongoing issue for two years with Scott Frindell's office. When looking for a State Farm agent, I'd highly recommend any of his peers in the vicinity. read more

I would not recommend trusting State Farm or the office of Scott Frindell. We went to multiple insurance companies getting different quotes. State Farm provided us with a competitive quote better than the other companies. We decided to accept their quote and we were insured with them for a month and half. On December 27th we received a letter in the mail stating that they were canceling our policy due to us not providing information from a prior accident. We received no notification that there was an any type of issue until the 27th. The cancellation date was 02/02. We called our "agent" and advised that we were asked about the accident during the initial quote. Our agent reviewed the initial quote and stated that we did in fact provide the information but State Farm failed to take the information down. They advised us that they would take care of the situation and call us back. We repeatedly emailed and called the agent and did not receive a call back. On 02/02 (the cancellation date) we finally were able to get ahold of the local office and they advised that due to accident our monthly payment would go from 120 a month to 500 a month. If we refused the 500 a month they stated that they would drop the insurance on our vehicle as of that date. This occurred Friday evening after hours at State Farm. There was no one besides the local office available to assist us. In order to make sure that we did not have a gap in our insurance we are now forced into this policy. I have never experienced anything like this with any other company I have dealt with. State Farm apparently is not obligated to honor their quote and they clearly are out to profit from honest people any way they can. Please do your homework when selecting an insurance agent/company, I honestly hope no one is put through the mental distress State Farm put on us and our wallet. read more
