Got a response from this agents location. Within 24 hours, on 08/31/2026 at approximately 3:45PM MST, I received an unsolicited telemarketing call on my phone number from an outbound representative operating on behalf of HBW Leads LLC. During the call, the representative explicitly stated they were calling to connect me with an Allstate agent for an insurance quote. When I questioned how they obtained my information so quickly after my private inquiry with a completely different carrier, the representative claimed that the timing of their call was a mere "coincidence". They also tried to claim it was public data from voting registration. Based on my experience in the IT industry, and the precise next-day timing, this is an obvious evasion. My real-time consumer shopping data was actively intercepted, purchased, or transferred without my explicit knowledge or consent to fuel an aggressive outbound telemarketing solicitation. Furthermore, my phone number is actively registered on the National Do Not Call Registry.
