They are the exact OPPOSITE of a "Good neighbor." My parked car was invoived in a hit and run accident and instead of actually doing their job and using the information I provided to locate the at-fault driver to get their information they blamed me for not getting the fleeing driver's insurance information and then insulted me for not having enough disposable income to afford a policy with a lower deductible. The worst customer service provided by Joe. I can't believe they have this type of person working at their office. He has no care for the clients that pay money. You ask him a question about your policy and he goes around about way of not answering your question. It's unbelievable that I've been with State Farm for this long and to call and ask about my policy and basically his answer is deal with the changes.
