A couple of friends had recommended me here, Dr Khurana and Dr Grewal are extremely sweet. They take their time explaining every procedure and I did not feel pain at all. I came here for an apicoectomy advised by another endodontist. I asked the office clerk Jessica if the dentist that day was capable of performing the procedure because I was paying out of pocket, she said, "absolutely, we do all of that here." Dr. Paryani told me she could not perform an apicoectomy and a retreatment was not recommended. She said Dr. Chang would do the procedure, and the office would call me back to schedule it. Jessica charged me $200 for the consultation and a $6 credit card fee even though I paid with debit. I called the office numerous times, every time they said they didn't know when he could schedule the apicoectomy and would let me know. Ten days later I called and they said Dr. Chang doesn't do the procedure anymore. I called the office manager, Zuleka, to complain about my experience; instead of reconciling the issue, she said, "you know all the calls and patient appointment audio is recorded." I've never heard of offices recording patient encounters. She refused to give me a reimbursement for my out-of-pocket, useless consultation. I later went to Modern Micro Endodontics in Hoboken, and a retreatment was easily and skillfully accomplished. If you are paying out of pocket, don't go to Dental World because they cannot provide the full scope of endodontic care that you might need. Their office staff has a threatening, unapologetic attitude.

I took a day off for my appointment and they called me 2 hours before my appointment to say that my appointment was canceled because of a last-minute situation. Then they gave me another appointment for the day after, after I hung up the phone they called me 3 hours later to tell me that my insurance does not cover this treatment and hung up. They made me waste 1 week of my time by giving me an appointment even though I shared my insurance information in the beginning; it is not a professional office; I do not recommend it.
