Going to the dentist has always been the bane of my existence. I normally don't bother with…read morereviews, but due to the level of pleasantry from this experience, I feel that I must: My issue: cavity, back end of the last teeth on the bottom right row (very hard to get to) due to wisdom teeth (previous dentist didn't even follow up with me regarding that after he removed my wisdom teeth) Honorable mention: Front desk (Jenny): exceptionally nice and considerate lady. Took the time to review my insurance coverage with me, along with assisting me in reaching out to my insurance company to verify coverage prior to scheduling my apt. (Normally they just book u and be done). Reasonable recommendation when asked for her opinion, no BS. The process: numbing the surface before needle with numbing agent injection. Due to my reaction, Dr. Kim stopped and did a total of 3 injections to make sure I'm numb properly before cavity filling (keep in mind, I had cavity fillings where the doctor was in a rush, feels like it's about right and just went with it). As difficult as it was for the position of my cavity, Dr. Kim took the time, and with consideration, got the job done without me feeling much of any discomfort. Highly recommend!
