When I called PMG to ask for my results, I received incorrect information and blatant lies by an incredibly rude office staff. The rudeness was worse on my second call to find out about scheduling follow up visits with CPAP agency. I think the Doctors at PMG care about their patients, yet the office staff needs lessons in customer service. What's worse is that in reading the reviews on Yelp for the past few years, the office staff customer service issues have been occurring for years. That's a management issue that seems to be ignored. The receptionist suggested I go to the ER and pay out-of-pocket costs to be treated for a SINUS INFECTION. I ended up going to an urgent care center, eating the costs of the visit since they were not in-network, but was instructed to follow up with my PCP if I did not fully improve. I called Dr. Buddala's office again today and was told that she didn't have any available appointments until APRIL. THIS IS LITERALLY 5 MONTHS FROM THE TIME OF MY INITIAL CALL!!! I did not choose this doctor but unfortunately, this is who I am stuck with due to her being in-network with my insurance. This practice needs to be reported to the State Board of Medical Examiners for failure to provide timely, appropriate and adequate patient care.

Upon calling the office for guidance after experiencing terrible nausea & vomiting, It was brought to my attention that they never scheduled me as a new OB patient. They gave me 1 week to get labs / US before coming in for my rescheduled appointment. After my first appointment, pinky the scheduler couldn't wait for me to respond to schedule following appointments and filled me in wherever. I made my night shift schedule according to what I was given and at the time it made my scheduling easier. Then came the calls to reschedule- I work nights and have 2 older kids in school- plans had been made already and this became very inconvenient switching shifts and making sure I had someone to pick up & drop my kids off to school. After week 19 of pregnancy - I brought it to my providers attention that I had a VERY strong history of preeclampsia and not once had my urine been checked for protein. I left a sample at this visit- and it had still not been checked. However, what they did check my urine for was drugs, after answering every question about drug use with NO! 3 visits in a row- I left urine samples for them to check my urine, and this had not been done. This practice does not listen to their patients concerns or take their history into consideration. I will NEVER use this office, nor would I recommend their services to anyone.

I saw Dr. Rastogi, and she immediately diagnosed me with PCOS and told me I need to go to a fertility doctor. I was of course alarmed, overwhelmed, and shocked because I had not heard this before. (I am in my 30s, and this was the first time I was hearing PCOS). I asked if there was anything we could do to help regulate my cycle before jumping to that drastic measure, like supplements, at home testing, natural methods and she said "you could get back on birth control, or lose some weight." My BMI is 24, I am not overweight. And how awful to suggest going back on birth control, when she knew we are trying to get pregnant. The only positive thing that came out of this visit, was a referral to Dr. Keegan, the fertility specialist. I have been a patient of Dr. Keegan's since January, and happy to report am now 8 weeks pregnant. They told me to schedule an appointment with my OBGYN for 10 weeks. I called Princeton OBGYN and after being on hold for 45 minutes, just requested a call back. Someone called me back , and said "Sorry we are not accepting new patients." I said I am not a new patient, I am a current patient. She said "We are not taking any pregnant patients, it doesn't matter if you're current." WHAT?! I told her that Dr. Keegan wants me to be under someone's care, and she said there was nothing she could do. She said "Try calling back in December, we might be accepting patients then." I cannot believe this, I would not recommend this office to anyone. I understand not taking new patients, but cutting off current patients?! I have never heard of such a thing. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen (they must schedule really well). The doctors are very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and with good follow through. One of most wonderful things about the practice is that they listen to you....no turning their back to you while they use the computer or anxious to move on to another patient. They address you by name and ask about things we've talked about in the past. I've been cared by them for little issues as well as suggesting/follow up surgeries and other more involved procedures. Chris, their Medical Technician, is the best. When taking blood, you can't even feel the needle and he always gets it the first time. He is very personable and makes giving blood a breeze! When patients are already worried about their health, this is the last kind of treatment anyone expects. What was most shocking is that the staff actually told us we "don't need to come here," as if patients have no choice and this is the only doctor available. That level of arrogance and lack of empathy is unbelievable. When a practice allows staff to treat people this way, it ultimately reflects on the doctor and management for tolerating such behavior. Patients deserve respect, communication, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this office delivers none of that. I would strongly caution anyone considering this practice to think twice.

The physician began the diagnostic process with rapid strep and flu testing, but did not perform a 24‑hour strep culture -- a standard step when symptoms are severe or persistent. Since that visit, I have been battling a 104‑degree fever with no relief, and because I cannot take anything stronger than Tylenol, timely follow‑up care is not optional for me; it is essential. Yesterday, I contacted the office repeatedly to express worsening symptoms, discuss the need for retesting, and request guidance. Despite the seriousness of the situation -- including the fact that I live with an immunocompromised family member awaiting a kidney transplant -- the practice was unable to accommodate any follow‑up evaluation. Not a same‑day appointment. Repeated nurse callbacks happened with no solid plan of action. This is not acceptable patient care. When a medical practice cannot respond to urgent concerns during peak illness season, patients are left with two unacceptable choices: suffer at home without adequate support or seek emergency care for issues that should be manageable in an outpatient setting. Neither outcome reflects a functioning primary‑care system. Princeton Medical Group must take responsibility for addressing these gaps. That means proactively recruiting additional nursing staff and primary care physicians, expanding triage capacity, and ensuring that high‑risk patients are not left without guidance or access to care. Flu and RSV surges are predictable. Patient abandonment should not be. My experience underscores a broader truth: the community deserves a medical practice that is prepared, responsive, and capable of delivering safe, timely care -- not one that leaves patients stranded when they need help most.
