Front staff, namely Tracy, has no follow up, never calls the pharmacy, tells you the doctor has a family emergency with no end date in sight, and when you follow up after a month of grace, you are met with disrespect and a front desk staff who has no idea what is going on. Save yourself the headache & find another podiatrist that cares about your time, patience, and energy. I came back to add that the DR is also rude. I followed up and showed up to the office for an update on a prescription from 5/20/2026 (it is 7/15/2026) and it is STILL not ready. We arrived at the conclusion that this is clearing not important to do so we requested a copy of our records to go elsewhere and was told 'that's not how that works" and refused to give us a copy of our chart! Interviewed Dr. Nardi and was impressed with his philosophy of care. We've been going to him for 8 months and are more than satisfied. Our appointments are never rushed, and our wait times are very short. He or his staff always returns our calls promptly. His office is beautifully decorated and peaceful. He is one of the very few doctors in Gainesville who is not part of a group practice. His office is open M-Th, and on Friday he volunteers at the hospice.
