He came in, turned his back to me, opening his laptop and said nothing. I said how are you and he groaned. 2. I tried to break the ice by saying I thought I had been a patient about 10 years ago. He stared at me blankly and said tersely "you don't expect me to remember you, do you?" 3. He briefly looked at my injury, hardly touching my foot. Then he did an x-ray. 4. He then began to berate me about "non-compliance" because it had been 10 days since I went to the ER, I had been walking around on my injured foot and I smoke, which would make my foot heal slowly from the surgery . 4. His tone was insulting and superior. I was really shocked to be treated so shabbily by a doctor I had just met! He was treating me as if I had injured him in some way before I had come to his office! I left his office, almost in tears! I would NEVER let this guy touch me and I certainly would not recommend him to anyone else!

The only care he had received prior to Dr. Giudice-Teller was Emergency hospital care for severe infection; nobody had ever seen the type of problem he had. Dr. Giudice-Teller and her staff have taken great care of him, have been thorough, and have gotten a near lost cause to heal. He is no longer at risk of losing part of his foot to infection and even his toe is healing properly now. I recommend Dr. Giudice-Teller and appreciate her and her staff's dedication to the medically neglected!

Save yourself the headache & find another podiatrist that cares about your time, patience, and energy. I came back to add that the DR is also rude. I followed up and showed up to the office for an update on a prescription from 5/20/2026 (it is 7/15/2026) and it is STILL not ready. We arrived at the conclusion that this is clearing not important to do so we requested a copy of our records to go elsewhere and was told 'that's not how that works" and refused to give us a copy of our chart!
