Dr. Giudice-Teller took my husband's foot case after over a year of medical neglect being passed around waiting for a referral at UF. The only care he had received prior to Dr. Giudice-Teller was Emergency hospital care for severe infection; nobody had ever seen the type of problem he had. Dr. Giudice-Teller and her staff have taken great care of him, have been thorough, and have gotten a near lost cause to heal. He is no longer at risk of losing part of his foot to infection and even his toe is healing properly now. If I could give negative 5 stars & 4 thumbs down for customer service, I would. There is no excuse for being seen by the provider, informed of the need of a prescription, the prescription can only be called to a specific pharmacy, then 4 weeks of no prescription. Front staff, namely Tracy, has no follow up, never calls the pharmacy, tells you the doctor has a family emergency with no end date in sight, and when you follow up after a month of grace, you are met with disrespect and a front desk staff who has no idea what is going on. Save yourself the headache & find another podiatrist that cares about your time, patience, and energy. I came back to add that the DR is also rude. I followed up and showed up to the office for an update on a prescription from 5/20/2026 (it is 7/15/2026) and it is STILL not ready. We arrived at the conclusion that this is clearing not important to do so we requested a copy of our records to go elsewhere and was told 'that's not how that works" and refused to give us a copy of our chart! I have nothing but positive accolades for Dr Teller and her team. After years of misdiagnosis for my fungal infection on my toe she examined, tested and correctly diagnosed and treated my toe. What a relief after years of misdiagnoses from other less qualified podiatrists. I was seen quickly. I was not pushed with pricey solutions and the follow up has been impeccable. She is a master diagnostician and has great knowledge and care. She took time to explain and educate me in addition to finally getting this lingering toe fungus to go away. I would highly recommend Dr Teller for your podiatry care. Rare to find such great care attention to detail great communication with patients and results! The team is A plus. read more

I'm a Vietnam veteran who usually is attended to by the physicians at the VA hospital. Lately, the VA has been sending some patients to private health care physicians. I had a wart on the bottom of my left foot that had bothered me for at least six months. Doctor Giudice was not only a very gifted physician, she was very personable and easy to talk to. When my foot is healed, I will stop in and check on her from time to time. If I know or meet someone who needs podiatry care, I will absolutely suggest Dr. Giudice-Teller. read more

This is a very unprofessional office. They cancel appointments on a moments notice and if you say anything in return, they make it sound like you are the impolite one. They get referred patients from the VA but i would recommend any Veteran to steer clear of this practice. I understand why they have so many negative reviews. read more

I have seen Dr. Giudice over the years and chose recently to go to her for a second opinion following care by an orthopedic surgeon specializing in feet. Dr. Giudice looked over my x-rays and MRI, explained things thoroughly, did a very detailed exam, including checking for nerve involvement. Thanks to her, I can walk without pain. She's always been knowledgeable and intuitive with my foot problems. She's caring and concerned. I have waited in the lobby in the past, but this time I got right in. So I went twice for the same ingrown toenail over the course of 8 months. She never adequately took care of the situation resulting in me going to a place where my parents live. When the new doctor asked me if my doctor in Gainesville did this or that, I kept saying no. Eventually I asked her, "Are you saying my doctor in Gainesville sucks?" Don't listen to these angry people. Nobody ever wants to write a good review. I understand Dr. Teller has gone through many different staff members over the last few years, why, I do not know. I do know, however, the staff that is currently employed with Giudice Podiatry is amazing!!! I needed to be seen as soon as possible by any foot doctor that would see me, Dr. Teller got me in the same day, and took great care in removing my toenail, and answering any questions I had. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Giudice-Teller and her staff and I'm happy to recommend her to anyone needing a podiatrist. My recent bunion surgery was excellent and the recovery was better than I expected! She was professional, respectful, and thorough as she explained the procedure and outcome and I appreciated how patient she was. I never felt rushed or hurried away. Her office staff is better than most offices I've visited. They are personable and warmly greeted me at each visit. Well after being recommended by a friend we decided to go. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. My son had to wait an hour to be seen and fell asleep in the chair waiting on the doctor. But the worst part is that we were charged almost $400 dollars for his in-grown toe nails and we have insurance. After much dispute and me and my insurance agent calling numerous times they finally realized they made a billing error and that we only owed $45. So they now have yet to return my money because they say they have to wait two week for there check to clear there corporate account. We have a buisness and bank at the same bank as them I know for a fact that it does not take two weeks for checks to clear. I have been very dissatisfied with the customer service and will not be recommending there services or taking my son back. read more

If there was a 0 rating that would be mine. I went to her 2 years ago at the recommendation of my Family Practice doctor who knew her from UF/Shands when she was working there. He thought she was a good Podiatrist from his time of observing her. Well, either she has changed or put on an act in front of "real" doctors. Podiatrists do not go to medical school for those who do not know. She cut my toenails too short and gave me an ingrown toe nail. She cut them to the quick on the second visit and the big toes that were cut so far into the quick have never grown back in correctly. I would definitely not recommend seeing her and I think she is a flake from the different comments she made to me. I think the other posts confirm this. read more

I never had any issues at this office. I had fun and made lots of jokes with the office staff as well as the doctor. Dr. Giudice-Teller spent time with me, explaining everything from possible side effects from medications to scheduling my foot surgery and how long the recovery process will be. I have found all of Dr. Giudice-Teller's staff to be professional and friendly. I don't go in often enough (1-2x per year) to know if there is unusual turnover, but she holds herself and staff to high standards (not a bad thing). She prescribed a med for toenail fungus that worked very well, and it was expensive but her office told me how to find a coupon for it, so they do care about costs. read more

I've been going to Dr. Giudice-Teller for over 4 years after going to an excellent foot orthopedic surgeon at UF Health Shands, and 2 other podiatrists in Gainesville. As far as her diagnosis and treatment, she gets very high marks and she did completely solve my foot problem (painful calluses caused by bunions). As far as bedside manner, although not important to some people, I also give her very high marks. She is a caring person and ultimately that is reflected in the care she takes in treatment.. read more

I second the former person's review: I went to her recently and she didn't seem to know what she was talking about. I have a fungal nail infection and needed a prescription for oral antifungal meds, and she tried to get me to spend 50 dollars on an over the counter antifungal treatment that got one star reviews on amazon.com. Dr. Roberta is a good example of a professional who has the perfect education, and uses it every day. She has all the academic training from college and all the apprenticeship from her father.
