When transferring auto insurance from another state, I was charged a few hundred dollars too much and State Farm corporate told Glen "it must be accurate as that's what our computers say." Glen did the math himself when I told him it didn't add up and he sent me a check out of his own pocket to cover the difference because State Farm wouldn't change the charges. There have been other oddities on my bills and Glen has always looked into them the same day that I've called and gotten back to me ASAP. Exactly what you want in an insurance agent, can't recommend him highly enough!

We never received any sort of cancellation notice either. It should be the agent's duty (and at least an ethical obligation) to attempt to contact the client to determine whether we had let it drop intentionally or if it had been cancelled (though I can't imagine why it would have been), whether we wanted a replacement policy. Because we didn't seem to have gotten a bill or notice of cancellation (isn't that a law?), it was easily missed by us. Either way, the agency let us down. Would have been nice and we would still be using them, but not now. Heck, what do you guys do other than take a cut off our insurance policy when we never even bother you with claims? Would have given one star except we had had no problems before this and I was too annoyed at our predicament to have given them a chance to make things right. In fact, to this day I'm not sure they ever even knew this happened. However, if they let it happen knowingly, shame on them.

He was very nice and helped us set up a life and disability policy for both me and my husband, but it took months for the first payment to be pulled, and for about 3 months the payment was a different amount each month. Throughout this whole process the communication was minimal (not on my part) and I had little explanation as to why the amounts were different and why my disability policy was denied. Now, we are here 7 months later and we have tried to cancel our policy twice and they still pull payments out. They say it will be refunded but I got a letter stating that we owe them money (a different amount that is due each month). Needless to say, it's obvious that the planners priority was the commission, because he refuses to answer our questions and hear our concerns about our future at NWM, and we have yet to hear back from him after 2 months of headaches. In short, I would not recommend giving a company your money when they lack basic communication skills and respect for the people paying their bills. 0/10 would not recommend.
