Needed emergency services and the response I got is 'we have no open appointments this afternoon'. I didn't call for an appointment. I called for an emergency. Not sure how they have 4.5 stars. read more

Okay today was my first time ever going to a dentist and I'm 27! But let me tell you what, they did an amazing job with me today! I called yesterday (10/29/19) around 11:30am and asked if I could make an appointment for two teeth to be pulled they asked what time I'd like to come in and of course I said as soon as possible, because this crap was killing me and I had lived with the pain for far to long! They told me that I could come in at 8:00am for today (10/30/19) but I had to go over it with my boss to make sure that I could come into work late and of course I have an amazing boss that let me go to this appointment. They worked on me for 4 hours and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time I was there! Then called me though out the day and made sure I was still okay and if I needed anything to come in and they would help me in anyway. Most dentist have you make an appointment for X-rays, then have you make another appointment after they've looked other the X-rays, or at least that's what I've been told by many people. But what I'm trying to get at, if you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend calling them and making an appointment!!! I will be using them whenever I need to go to the dentist. read more

I wish more people would rate their dentist because if they are good, they deserve it. Dr. Thompson and his team were so awesome. I need quite a bit of work done and on my first visit today, they helped me to understand it all completely as far as where I needed to start, handled insurance for me (even explained how it works and how much was covered, because I don't know!). They answered so many questions I had ( which was a lot). They just made me feel comfortable overall about the process and the financial part by caring so much and not brushing me off and trying to rush me out. Thank you so much for your passion in hard work! read more

Dr. Thompson is an old fashioned dentist. His office is clean and comfortable, his staff is very nice, it's easy to get an appointment and he runs on time. As far as I can tell , his work is fine and he doesn't try to sell you things that you don't need. He meets my needs and I'm satisfied with him. read more

I got my prescription and promptly lost it, so I went by a few days later and got another copy; took about a minute. I ordered my new glasses, and when I went to pick them up I realized just how perfectly Dr. Parker got the prescription. I put them on and it was almost like seeing for the first time. The doctor I went to about 5 years ago rushed me through like cattle, then pressured me like a vacuum cleaner salesman to buy their insanely expensive crap. I told the "doctor" that I had high blood pressure and my eyes were exceptionally blurry that day, but he didn't even bother to acknowledge it, much less reschedule the test. The glasses Dr. Parker prescribed for me are amazing; I've never been able to see this well in my whole life. I'm 71 and I still have 20/20 vision but my muscles are very slow to react and things look blurry close-up - but not anymore! I could not be happier with my eye exam.
