My first issue was that my appointment was at 10 am, and I was not seen by the doctor till 11:20 am. The nurse and doctor was very unsympathetic to the pain I am experiencing. The nurse told me my previous records were gone as they switched to a different system called Athena (I believe medical record retention is 7 years, and my records were from 2023 and 2024). They did an xray of the wrong area today. I also forgot to mention that I heard the nurse complaining about me from the hallway, which is completely unprofessional. My husband was there and witnessed it. He did not use sonography on my skull he randomly put it there as u stated and damaged a nerve in the back of my occipital bone. I have looked into legal matter for this and you are correct it was about 10 years ago so whatever reason why he stopped. Is probably best since he doesn't know what he's doing!

I found her unresponsive in her bedroom last Tuesday morning and I did not hesitate to send her to BSW. I remember that the EMTs asked why I wanted to take her there, but I just automatically said I have heard they are the best. I WAS WRONG - at least in the realm of mental health issues. You will lose all rights to your loved one if you get BSW involved. Yesterday, my review went from 5 to 1. My aunt was abused by my father-in-law in Richmond, Virginia and I figured it out based on my aunt selling her home in West Virginia (which she would never have done unless something was wrong). I went to Virginia, helped her get away from an abusive caregiver, and she was doing so well here in Ft. Worth getting stronger and better so she could return to all of her friends in West Virginia (where she has lived for 88 years). The BSW physiatrist said that with all the Doctors we were using to help get her stronger, she may have had a trigger with something that happened and she was reliving the trauma. She was in a catatonic state and with low dosages of benzodiazepines, she would come out and then with the reduced anxiety, she could work on what happened. My aunt was doing great and suddenly, yesterday, I was told that my aunt could make her own medical decisions, she had revoked my HIPPA rights, and I could not be in the room whenever any of her care was discussed. And BSW was so nasty that they brought two BWS police to stand outside her room while they told me that I could no longer be involved in her care. I have cared for her every day since she got out of her abusive situation. I was shocked and didn't really know what to do. I have no idea what is going on. My Aunt lives with me, but I now have no idea even where she is. It is like they have kidnapped my aunt by giving her mind-altering drugs and saying that she can now make her medical decisions, but she can't even get out of the bed to go to brush her teeth. I found out through other people that they want her to go to an In-house rehabilitation facility and be returned to West Virginia to go to a nursing home, which is EXACTLY what we were working on doing. Except, we were waiting for an assisted living facility because she just needs help with a few daily tasks. Now, I guess they have her so drugged that she can make her own medical decisions, but she needs to get stronger so she can go to a nursing home in West Virginia. Do not go to this hospital if you are concerned about a loved one's mental health. They are horrible. I was the one person who went to her defense when she was being abused and then BSW got hold of her and now I guess she is going to be a ward of the State of Texas because I am her only living relative and I know she loves West Virginia. They have known her for 4 days, have her on mind altering drugs but she can make her own medical decisions. The plan that they are working on behind my back is exactly what we were working on providing and we were just waiting on a room to become available at the Assisted Living facility. My aunt, in her right mind, knows all of this. If she doesn't remember, then she is not able to make her own medical decisions. BUT I CAN'T BE A PART OF MAKING IT HAPPEN. This hospital is the reason people with possible mental health issues should stay away or your family will not be able to help you get the help that you need. They will turn your family against you, scare you with police officers as they tell you to get away from your family member that you are asking for help with. PLEASE, PLEASE do not go here. You will have your heart broken and you will lose a person that you love. Please do not go to this hospital.

All to no avail, in addition , before moving to Dallas my very well known and highly reputed shoulder specialist was planning a reverse should procedure. But by chance, a passenger next to me on a flight told me to try stem cell therapy and how great it worked for her. I happily report that I am probably at least 90% pain free for my knee, and even better for my shoulder. All with a complete return of function. I know, we all responded differently to treatment , but that is just how it is. I have only had good experiences at the Grapevine location. Kudos to their team.

When I asked the front desk if they would accept a patient who was 45 minutes late, they said they don't even allow someone who's 15 minutes late. Yet somehow, it's fine for them to make us wait endlessly. That's not just inconsiderate -- it's disrespectful. I understand that some patients take longer than expected, but this level of delay and poor communication shows zero respect for the people waiting. Doctors expect patients to value their time, but clearly don't value ours. Completely unprofessional. Precision needs to do much better.

My reg physician said no this is swelling do to injury in both ankles because the other is compensating for supporting the bad one. If you were retaining water it would be all over not just in your ankles. Back to see ankles Dr, tell him what she said, he disagrees then looks at the mri & says there is cartilage discernment, but nothing he could do would help the swelling because of the water retention. She doesn't just book the appointment or hand me forms to fill out- she cares and it shows! She is an excellent representation for this office. I am so glad she takes the time to speak to everyone and calms their fears and helps answer questions! Linda is the face of this office and she does it so well!
