The city told me it is up to the homeowner to make any repairs if it is not a water mail. I knew I needed something more than a guy who comes out and cleans your drains. After an internet search I landed on Diggit. I could not have been more pleased. He said it might be a week to pull permits and make room in his schedule but 2 days later he was there digging up my yard. The crew of 3 was respectful and efficient. They put in a new line and put everything back the way it was when they finished. And for all the work they did I found the price very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
