After my agent recommended them to me, I scheduled my shoot knowing I would probably get a handful of great shots- when I received them I had to somehow narrow it down to a sendable amount. I ended up sending all these incredible shots and my agent agreed - whole new level of photos, and personality brought out in these flawless pics. And he truly pushed me to get shots unlike any I have ever had before. I was a bit nervous because I was new territory for me and I had done a lot of prep work. He worked with me throughout the session and was incredibly specific with the lighting, backgrounds, clothing, and hair (the makeup/hair artist, Talya, was EXCELLENT, btw) I was the last session of that day and Michael and his team gave me the opportunity to upgrade (for an incredibly reasonable price) for what amounted to be double the amount of looks! They all stayed over an hour late and instead of 3 looks I walked away with 6+. My only issue is I had so many good photos I had such trouble narrowing them down! 10/10 experience!

After continued attempts to get a hold of Angela via phone and emails, I finally tried TEXTING Angela in November. I was happy to see a text response from her! but then baffled when I read her message. I've attempted to post screenshots of the text exchange but it appears only a portion is posting. In summary, Angela stated she felt she was harassed by me and would not respond to my bullying tactics. Again, I was dumbfounded. Ultimately, she refused to return our $100 deposit and went silent on us again. In hindsight, I should have noticed that most of the Yelp reviews are over a year old. I don't see any recent reviews which should have been a red flag. I hope Angela is able to improve her operations and customer experience as she is clearly talented at taking beautiful photos.
