Hiring Sean was THE BEST decision I made for the last party I planned. It was the coolest, most…read moreunique part of my event and my guests are still talking about it and posting their photos! I found out about Hollywood Dreams at a Yelp Elite event, and when I started planning my husband's 40th birthday party, I knew I wanted to hire Sean and his team. From the very first call, Sean was super easy to work with, friendly, and detailed. I hired him and his team for a 4-hour event where they'd shoot unlimited photos of my party guests with a custom, airbrushed backdrop, with 4x6 prints and keychains for the guests to take home. Before the event, Sean was excellent at communicating and really wanted to understand what style we wanted, and explained what certain background patterns would look like up close or in shooting large groups. We requested a green backdrop with dinosaurs, and the airbrush artist KILLED it! It was so much cooler than I could have imagined! I also asked for a white fuzzy blanket and a pillar/column for props because I wanted a 90s mall experience, and he brought them! He explained that although he'd bring more props besides flowers if I really wanted them, he wanted to go for a photo studio experience, giving something a guest could take home and frame, as opposed to your standard wedding photo booth. All of the team was really friendly, and they felt like more party guests. Sean worked with each person or group to give posing suggestions and made sure they got the shot they wanted. The kids loved it, and all of the guests had a great time. Even the venue bartenders/servers/staff took photos at the end of the night! Unfortunately, the AC in the room where the photo team set up had been malfunctioning, but they seemed totally unbothered and showed everyone a great time. My party guests keep telling me that we offered the coolest photo booth they'd ever seen at a party. Thank you, Sean! Hollywood Dreams is opening a studio this month, or you can hire them for a private event! Go and take photos with dinos! I can't wait to work with them again.

Joe was so amazing on each occasion. He brings a real depth of care and focus to his work. The first time I met with Joe, it was to discuss how I wanted to capture the moment I popped the question to my then girlfriend. I left my first conversation with Joe feeling great and that I 100% trusted him to capture this precious moment. He came up with great ideas for how to really capture the moment and the results were amazing. Most importantly, my now wife loved the photos :) So, we used Joe for our wedding and the results were exactly the same: Stunning, beautiful photographs that captured so many amazing moments from our wedding day. After the session, I reached out to ask how much a reshoot would cost and explained why I wasn't happy with some of the photos. Instead of addressing my concerns, he tried to convince me that the photos were good. I'm a paying Customer. Customers are always right. When I asked about scheduling a reshoot, he stopped responding altogether. The photo session also took place in a small apartment with no air conditioning. At one point I said, "I'm sweating buckets in here!" and he replied, "Well, it's summer you should be wearing shorts and a tank top." I found that comment unprofessional. I chose my outfit because it was what | wanted to wear for the photo shoot, and I didn't appreciate being told what I should have been wearing. Overall, I was disappointed not only with the final photos but also with how my concerns were handled and the lack of communication afterward.
