I called several times, but never got a callback despite leaving several messages. I finally got ahold of the head tech and was told how there is a shortage of techs and they are training some, but should get to it soon. I understand staff shortages, but this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I was finally promised it would be ready for yesterday. When they called (at least they called) I was told there's a new issue, sorry, not ready, needs an adjustment. I was promised it would be ready for today. Sorry, the tech who can fix it is not in. This is just frustrating. I really hope I get it back next week.
