Love the pier, you can watch the sunset and enjoy the evening. You have three different spots to barbecue and eat outdoors.

The only amity here is the pool, you will be charged each Month $25.00 for that, no W/D hookup. Pier area gets very smelly at low tide.

I absolutely hate this place. I've lived in it here now for almost a year and I'm not being…read moredramatic at all when I tell you, I have not had a single week of peace. There is always something going on here. They are either turning off the water. Sending in maintenance every other day. The Wi-Fi goes out all the time that they send out people to fix that. And add to the latest bullshit today they are messing with the fire alarms at 9 IN THE MORNING. I just can't seem to ever get a good nights rest in this fucking place. The front office is absolutely useless. The Spanish guy in the front office is probably the most useless. Overall, I have hated my entire experience here. I do not recommend anyone else to move into this place. Fucking miserable business miserable place to live. I would leave now if I could.

DO NOT MOVE HERE - BELIEVE THE REVIEWS…read more I wish we had believed the reviews before moving in, but we gave the complex the benefit of the doubt, assuming the complaints were just from upset residents. Please don't make the same mistake we did--believe them. Here's what we've experienced firsthand: * Mold Issues - There is mold in our apartment, and instead of addressing it, management deflects responsibility and tries to blame the residents. Attached are pictures showing the ongoing problem. * Parking is a Nightmare - Even if you pay $50 for a reserved parking spot, you are still not guaranteed a place to park. Management has explicitly stated that paying for a reserved spot does not guarantee availability. Instead of enforcing parking rules, they suggested we could remove our reserved spots--for a $250 fee. * Unreliable Wi-Fi - The included Wi-Fi is so unreliable that we, along with multiple other residents, had to pay for outside internet service just to have a stable connection. * Horrible Communication & Service - The only way to contact the office is via text, and no one answers phone calls. When I had to take a day off work for a vendor appointment scheduled by the office, I wasn't informed until after I had already taken off that I didn't need to be there. Their corporate office's response to complaints is dismissive, and they refuse to take accountability. See the attached messages for proof. Unfortunately, we are stuck here until our lease is up, but we will not be renewing when the time comes. If I can help even one person avoid making the mistake of moving here, this review will be worth it. Save yourself the frustration--DO NOT MOVE HERE. Since the apartment company wants to come online and try to save face, I'm attaching screenshots of our correspondence for full transparency. First, regarding the maintenance issue: The original message they sent asked if I "would be available," which any reasonable person would take to mean that my presence was expected. At no point have I stated or selected any preference for being home during maintenance visits. However, as a teacher, when they asked about my availability, I immediately worked to secure a substitute and arranged for the day off to ensure the mold issue was properly addressed. As I mentioned, they took 30 minutes to respond to my direct question about whether I had to be home--by which point I had already committed to taking the day off. I kept the day off as requested, yet the vendor never even showed up that day because they went to the wrong apartment (also confirmed in the attached messages). Now, regarding the parking issue: The only reason there was another vehicle in my reserved parking spot was because the apartment complex originally placed my reserved sign in a spot that was already occupied by a broken-down car. When they finally corrected their mistake, vendors started using our reserved spaces when we came home from work. Instead of enforcing the policy and telling their vendors to stop parking in residents' paid spots, the management's response to me was to offer a "solution" where we could give up our reserved parking--which we pay for--but they would generously waive their $250 admin fee for removing it. That is not a solution. The problem is that vendors are parking where they shouldn't be, and instead of holding them accountable, management is suggesting that we give up something we pay for. I shouldn't have to get out of my car every time and ask someone to move from a spot that I pay to reserve. That's exactly why I brought it to their attention in the first place. Again, all of this is backed up in the attached messages. Instead of actually fixing these issues, management is more focused on damage control online than resolving real tenant concerns. Again I state do not move here as you can see in the comment they are dismissive and do not take accountability.

Struggling to give 2 stars…read more Pros: Property is in a good location. Right off the highway, close to everything you need and complex is brand new. Landscaping is beautiful and well taken care of. Staff is always friendly. Cons: Noise: Apartments have very little sound proofing. We hear everything from our neighbors. One night, it was a frustrated gamer upstairs and sometimes in the morning the neighbor adjacent to us, says very loud self-affirmations. Once you sign the lease, you are locked in and are agreeing to any noise disturbances. If we had known how bad the noise was going to be, we would have not rented here - although it was much worse when there was a lot of construction. Internet: We also had internet issues lasting for a couple of days. Mainly with our MACs not being able to connect to WIFi any time there was a power outage and the internet was rebooted. These were not hardware issues, these were related to the service (I work in I.T.). We were provided a link to access our internet account but there is no way to reboot/restart your internet which often solves issues. We would have to call the support number who could never resolve our connectivity issues unless someone came "on-site". I work from home and run a digital business so not having consistent, reliable internet impacts my income. Security: Some buildings have working gates with codes and some units either don't have gates or have gates that aren't working. This includes parking gates. We're not too concerned with working/non working gates except we have had issues with package deliveries. If security is a concern, then you may want to double check the gates in your building. Although, it always seemed odd to have some areas of parking gated while others were not. Move Out: We are currently trying to get our final move out statement adjusted. We only lived in our apartment for a little less than a year so there was very little "wear and tear". Upon move out, we cleaned our apartment thoroughly and was surprised to receive charges for carpet cleaning, paint and general cleaning. They sent a picture which was a "dent" in the carpet from where my desk was so my guess this is what they are charging for. Also, for the fridge, my guess is they are charging for the water in the fridge. Note that we received pictures about a month after we moved out and during that time, there was a hurricane so this could be from the loss of power, we're not sure but we cleaned the fridge. We're also being charged for the hard water stains on the water dispenser as well as in the sink. I attempted to use CLR, comet and other agents to clean the hard water stains but nothing worked. We have a video and I will be sending it to the apartment complex because after reviewing and inspecting our video, some of these pictures don't match. Either way, they are basically charging us for general wear and tear. Deliveries: 90% of the time, delivery drivers couldn't find our apartment or assumed because there were gates, that they could not access our apartment. The gates don't work. While packages can be left at the mail center, it's a pain when you are waiting for food or groceries. By the way, your packages are sometimes left on the mail table and not a locker.
