The Engine Filter that your technician jammed in my air filter compartment and it made the filter bent making the check engine light come on. I had to get a whole new air filter put in because you bent the filter and could not use that one. The tire sensor still is showing and says it needs to be fixed and was never changed. They over price on things. An oil change is really expensive compared to garages around them and also in Chester Springs area. The tire sensor I paid $313 when I had it priced at another garage and all it is is a battery for $123. I have been trying to get a hold of them regarding my experience and no one gets back to me. I suggest trying another garage before going there unless you have a lot of money to give them and no answers.

Having these guys on your side has allowed me to safely drive old Mercedes cars daily which i would be unable to afford paying the dealership mark up prices. Purchased a low milage E55 AMG and Kiefer's fully maintained it till it hit 265,000 miles which is a testament to their expertise. Mechanically the car drove like new but the paint was chipped and faded so it was time to upgrade but the new owner drove it to California and its still going strong. Exceptional work at fair prices is hard to find today but you'll be happy you found this hidden gem for your Mercedes-Benz.
