They put the oil dipstick in BACKWARDS. And it was hanging OUT!! oil was dripping out from the oil pressure and spraying down the frame and dripping everywhere. Talked to the manager who said he would come to my home and clean the floor with a citrus cleaner. We scheduled a day - He was a No Show!! I called again and left numerous messages, emails, texts. I show up and they tell me that they don't have my appointment or my tires. I show them the confirmation emails of my tire delivery and the confirmation of my appointment. They eventually find my tires and then proceed to tell me that they can't install my tires even though they confirmed the appointment. One of the employees took it for a drive, agreed around 30 there was a shudder. They ask me to leave it for a couple of days which was done, only was 3 days not 2. When I went back I was told that 2 of the techs had driven it and found nothing, only road noise.
