I took it Monday morning & it was corrected immediately with no questions & many apologies. No money was asked of me since it was found the cap wasn't screwed on tight enough. They gave me a whole new oil change. Very polite. I felt well taken care of. She originally spent about 45 mins for the original oil change on Sunday & I was there maybe 30 mins or less. We spent $98 for an oil change & new filter under the hood with $20 off coupon.

All said and done - to my surprise when I got home I found Oil dripping on my New Concrete garage floor. I immediately called and the technician informed me that perhaps it spilled over a little and would burn off eventually. Couple days later I found out that more oil was dripping on the floor at my company's parking garage. I called again....this time the technician was more concerned about me coming in to top off the oil than actually looking for the problem. I said Im on my way and about to head in and get this taken care of. But first I figured let me take a peek under the hood myself - can you guess what I found?! They put the oil dipstick in BACKWARDS. And it was hanging OUT!! oil was dripping out from the oil pressure and spraying down the frame and dripping everywhere. Talked to the manager who said he would come to my home and clean the floor with a citrus cleaner. We scheduled a day - He was a No Show!! I called again and left numerous messages, emails, texts. NOTHING!! So...again....Beware and Be Aware.

I show up and they tell me that they don't have my appointment or my tires. I show them the confirmation emails of my tire delivery and the confirmation of my appointment. They eventually find my tires and then proceed to tell me that they can't install my tires even though they confirmed the appointment. They told me that their service manager confirms appointments without talking to anyone. I live 45 minutes away from this location and had a confirmed appointment a week in advance before being told that they couldn't change the tires. I ended up just taking my new tires in the back of my truck and leaving because this place is such a train wreck. This is the worst customer experience that I've ever had in retail and would give this review negative stars if I could. Drive further to find a better business and do not go to this location.
