I was due for an oil change so thought it could be related to that so I got my oil changed here. I was told by one of the mechanics that I had metal in my oil and to see a full mechanic shop. So I take my car to a mechanic a few days later and they inform me that my oil and oil filter were in fact not changed and doesn't look like it had been changed for awhile even though I got my "oil changed" here regularly. They quoted me just under $3,000 to change the gaskets, replace the catalytic convertor, and a myriad of other parts and services related to replacing the exhaust system. They also recommended I change the spark plugs. I had new spark plugs installed less than 100 miles earlier. When I asked them about this, they said it was only a "mileage based recommendation". Why should I trust any of their other diagnoses if they wanted $205 to replace spark plugs I just had installed? When I declined the service, the guy assisting me at the counter requested $49 "to throw at the technician". Not wanting an argument at the counter, I paid and figured I'd dispute the charges later. They put on a good front with the bottled water, shuttle service, and Biblical references on their website. They seem to have forgotten Matthew 22:39; the first verse they quote..."Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself" I was able to go to a local shop and they welded/fixed the flex pipe for $120 without any of the BS.

They quoted thousands for parts and labor. The Mazda vehicle she drives has a visible heater core from the glove box. No leaks, no signs of coolant anywhere. Simply took it home and filled it with coolant. Heat has been fine, no more engine lights and no signs of coolant loss for the past year. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST SERVICE CENTER…read more Firstly we went in and paid over $1000 for 4 tires and an oil change. Mind you this price was during their "Tire sale" Cut to a day later, our car is spewing loads of smoke out the back and into the interior cabin. Call them, they claim they did nothing wrong to the car and didnt mess with anything other than the tires and oil change. Upon closer inspection the canister purge valve had been knocked loose and there was clearly greasy fingerprints from where someone had tried to force it back into place improperly. Shady practices from something clearly tampered with. Cut to a couple months later, our tires are leaking air. search for holes, objects, anything. No signs of anything so i call them up as i am well within my warranty time and mileage. I am rudely talked AT on the phone and told that the warranty only covers "things that were their fault" and seems very accusatory basically insinuating that i did something to the tire. Bring it in, low and behold, it was an improper seal around the tire, being their fault. The thing that irritated me the most from this visit though is the fact im currently waiting for a motor for my drivers side window. it was up, i would have gladly told them not to roll it down, if i thought for a second that my going in for tires warranted that information in any way. to make a long story short they rolled it down, and were unable to get it back up and basically told us that they weren't going to try to get it back up, and that it wasn't their problem as its their "policy" to roll the window down. i have since taken photos of the inside of the building, checked their websites, looked up any bit of information i can and i havent seen this "policy" posted anywhere for a customer to be able to see. otherwise i would have informed them, hey maybe roll one of the other 3 windows down since i had to go to a COMPETENT service center now and pay $87 just to get the window back up because you messed it up out of sheer stupidity. Not to mention he refused to offer the slightest bit of help on getting the window up that he lowered, forcing us to drive home with our 5mo old in his carseat in the cold. The service center is garbage. The customer service is trash. They will lie and say what they need to, in efforts to cover their own asses when they mess up. Their management is a joke. They just need to shut down and let a worth while service center go in that location.
