    I had an appointment for 1PM. I arrived fifteen minutes early and was told that I could drop it…read moreoff and he would get to it when he could. He said he had other vehicles ahead of me that were dropped off so I would have to wait. I told him that he was the one that set the appointment for me but that dd not matter. He is rude and I would not recommend him to anyone.

    I arrived at 8 a.m. to get a Window Tint, however the company was not open..which the sign clearly…read morestates the hours to be 8am-5pm. I made a call several times and after the fifth call the owner returned my call and stated that he will not be there till 9:30, at which time he arrived at 9:45 on a weekday Monday to do work on applying charcoal black on front sides and limo tint on my car. The results appeared odd, however after closer examination the day after exposed what was sad to say bad...trash, bubbles in every window! It was not the right color it has three different colors on 3 different windows... and light was coming in on the back glass and when asked to resolve this unacceptable service, the response " I can take it off, and put it back on, but that the only tint i carry". Really!!! that tint was not even black, which I requested 35% charcoal black on front and limo on the back and sides... When I asked additional vendors in the area their assessment of this tint job they replied the same... A very bad job! Presently tried to call back and get resolution, but appears to get no where. Bad work, bad service, bad results!!!

    If I could give him ZERO STARS I would!!…read more The original job was to replace my windshield that was severely cracked. He offered two options: dealership glass and after market. I asked what the difference is and he said only the stamp in the corner. I chose the after market because he said "I'd be very happy with it." Immediately after he replaced my windshield, I got an alert saying that my forward camera needed to be recalibrated. I messaged him asking about it and he said he didn't unplug my camera, etc. and then offered no support. The dealership said it would be $300 to recalibrate which I couldn't afford at the time. Well, I finally brought my car in because I can't get my annual safety & emissions renewal without the recalibration and they said that it's not the camera, it's the windshield itself. It's not compatible with my car's cameras because of some special gel that's required in the glass that acts as a filter. Therefore, I need to replace the ENTIRE windshield again plus the recalibration which will cost $1500!! All because of this business's negligence and misguidance. I reached out and explained everything to them and they didn't even have the decency to respond. Filed a complaint with Yelp but because this business isn't a part of the Yelp Guarantee Program, there's nothing they can do. Plus I paid in cash so my bank can't assist. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!! Edit: of course he responds after receiving a bad review, but only to insinuate it's my fault and calling me a procrastinator? Since I can't respond to a review reply, here's what I messaged him: Oh now you respond because you got a bad review? This has nothing to do with me having to wait because I couldn't afford to get the recalibration done. Mazda quoted my $275 for the recalibration itself but it has nothing to do with the camera. Even if they attempted to recalibrate, the glass is not compatible with these cameras, which you should have known. They said without the required gel and the clarity issues with this after market glass, it wouldn't be possible without a complete replacement with Mazda glass (whether I do it with them or third party). They even showed me on the glass you replaced how the gel was done improperly. So you can take your poor customer service and terrible work ethic and enjoy my rightfully bad review!
